The first time I watched the Nick vs Shane stream was with a friend, and he was getting so annoyed by Shane continuously answering questions Nick wasn't asking I was getting worried he'd beat the shit out of me just because I was in arm's reach of him. I stopped that viewing and went to the Mignogna deposition and that calmed him down because Vic, rather than being an arrogant and ignorant cunt, actually both listened to what was being said and sassed the lungless lawyer.

I just decided to watch the full Nick vs Shane stream and it was fucking terrible, although I did learn Shane can fucking ballet dance around any questions he's asked. Shane ran away like a bitch when Nick was reading superchats. I feel obligated to inform any Kiwis who haven't watched it yet that it'll be as painful, but 90 minutes quicker, to stick a toothpick under each of your toenails and kick a wall as hard as you can.

Sadly, after 90 minutes, he never realized he was discussing TI with existing contract and NOT TI with prospective business, and kept fucking mentioning existing contracts like he'd totally got one over on Nick. I'm getting pissed off just remembering that smugness where he👏made👏his👏point👏while👏clapping.

Yeah, Nick just asking "How... How are you like this?" was one of the many highlights of the stream, the rest being when Nick just fucking gave up hope of any semblance of conversation with him and just laid into him. And then the cunt replied with "Sorry, I wasn't listening to most of that" and I could FEEL my blood pressure rising. He didn't piss me off as much as litterers do, but he's a close second.

Anyway, I'll disagree with your final line by saying he shouldn't be an example for any theories, that would put him in textbooks and immortalize him. He needs to be remembered in history as we know him now: completely irrelevant. He's good for mocking due to his lack of both legal knowledge and Google/Wikipedia "legal knowledge" he was searching for live on stream. He needs to be forgotten, and hopefully this thread gets deleted at some point because otherwise we're helping to memorialize some idiot who pretended he knew stuff.
