When Nick had an unnamed source for the Kamaha Con texts, Shane got salty because he knew they could only have come from Ty. Shane was in communication with both Ron Toye and Christopher Slatosch. Ron didn't give them to Nick and neither did Chris, but Chris did give them to Ty.

Fun Fact: Ron never submitted his texts with Chris Slatosch into evidence during discovery. Casey actually requested a full and complete copy of his own client's texts with Chris Slatosch from Ty because he was an idiot and thought that Ty had left some parts out.

The other fascinating thing that Shame and Ron fail to pick up on. Satosch is sending everything to Ty Beard, after talking to Ty. Hey Morons. He is not under any Subpoena at this point. There is no coercion or force or such. If Satosch is sending anything, it's because he Hates You. Gee, I wonder why.

You know what? I've got Shane figured out now. All his embarrassing behavior, his bizarre and confusing statements, and his general Shane-ness.

Shane is in fact, the humanoid form of late stage Game of Thrones writing. He wants attention and views, and he wants people to think and talk about him like he's someone important, and so in the moment he always does whatever he thinks is going to stick in people's minds and make them pay attention to him or think he's cooler than he is.

This is why he seems to lack the foresight to put the shoe his dog wants to eat anywhere but on his cutting board, why he goes for some soy drink while in full view of an angry al--bad person streaming him, why he flexes and rambles TMI about his wife after verifying his account, why he flip flops on literally every statement he has ever made, and why he's so desperate to get a hit of attention that he keeps doxing and flubbing over his own side and will run in to lecture KF right after claiming they're worse than Hitler and that he definitely didn't interact. All he wants are those 'moments', those 'snazzy lines' that people will repeat or remember him for, and he can't be bothered to work out internal consistency and logic to get from point a to that desired point, because like late-stage Game of Thrones he has no internal consistency or logic to use.

And also he hurts little girls.
