it doesn't take a rocket science to figure out what happened.

[casey erick makes filings], [they are mocked on the internet], [the super dumb one hits the courts], [casey's rep is shredded], [phone call reaches kesslers office], [reviews the document], [hearing happens. total loss for casey (with small win in that he didn't have to defend his trashfire of a filing)], [kessler fires casey on the spot for tarnishing their good name with that dung heap of a filing].

just a note: sites don't just randomly vanish names. Someone edited the site intentionally. and of all the things to go, casey's is magically the only one to vanish? bitch please, i may have been born in a barn, but I definitely was not raised in some third world shithole country. I can put 2 and 2 and come out with 4. whoever edited the site intentionally removed casey's name. now, to be fair it could've been the webmaster (or whatever the fuck the title is for the person who maintains the website) removed the name without clearance from higher ups... but in american corp culture, is that really, really, reasonable? nah fam. casey got booted and the moronics are in real trouble. they shoulda settled while they had a shot at it.

i suppose its possible ty is feeling merciful.... and won't wring them for all their worth in settlement negotiations.

Even as funny as that is, I still need actual proof.

The filing deadline is tomorrow, so that's our best bet at finding out what's going on.

This isn't likely. Your not likely to fire a lawyer over what some consider to be a bad answer in a case. As of now it hasn't technically had any negative effects on the case, that obviously could change but it would be premature to do so. It seems more likely that it was for another cause or he left of his own free will.

And why I say he left is in the other threads on the topic it shows he was removed from other pages on KC website. On their site they list the areas of law, he was removed from those, still lists the other attorneys at the firm. That's not maintenance or a glitch. However we will know soon enough, just need patience. If he left it also doesn't necessarily mean he isn't going to continue on the case either.

Anyone else notice that Shane hasn't been coming back in here to gloat since Douchette came on the scene? Almost like he's afraid of his fragile ego shattering the second he sees literally everyone else is months ahead of both of them.
