Serious question

So I'm looking at two universities A and B.
A has better education and job opportunities but requires me to stay at a run down shithole and have difficulties with food and essentials. It also costs more overall.
B is slightly lower education and job opportunities wise but has a few great places nearby to stay which are well connected so I don't have to struggle for food and essentials. Also costs less, about 20%-30% less.
Pretty torn between the two, ngl. Idk what I'm supposed to do.

I vote B because it would surely be difficult to focus on academics when you're hungry and stressed, and you also save money to put towards other constructive things.

B. Cheaper rent is going to stack up over the four to five years to are there and you are going to suffer enough with your coursework, no need to suffer in other parts of your life.
