If your dog is calm enough and won't bolt you could use a regular stroller with one of those mesh covering to keep them safe. If not you can get special covered dog strollers on amazon.

I use these for my pitbull puppies when they're really small they call it a pet sling but really any old bag will do. I've taken them out in those canvas shopping bags. Sorry about your doge
