I like how you can examine the physiology of the gunt with this picture. I've learned that it's the belly button that forces it to become like two hanging tit-things. The belly button is holding up the center of the gunt, but the sides of it obey gravity and hang down, therefore becoming two separate entities.

Never thought the two sides of skin around a belly button could cave in on itself in such a manner. I kinda want Bill Nye to explain it to me in much wackier detail.
