Louis CK. He did it as a joke about the story about George W. Bush choking on a pretzel being the cover story for GWB being roughed up if he spilled the beans on why and how 9/11 really happened. That was on Opie and Anthony I think. Its a pretty common premise, sounds like it could be Carlin or Hicks or Burr before he fagged out, I dunno.

Yeah, it's pretty common. I remember this was an old stand up and they specifically said JFK. I never listened to O&A.
