As for the part the clearly you didn't comprehend at all: Anime dubbing doesn't pay that well. All these VAs that work at Funimation make the income that pays their bills by appearing at anime conventions. That's why the lawsuit was about how Vic's defamation cost him appearances at conventions.
You assuming that Vic not being in any new anime for 2 years is somehow the end all be all of his success is, to use your words "delusion at its finest" because you obviously only read the last sentence or focused on that while ignoring everything else. Which I have to say is typical behavior of KickVic.
Alright, I'll go answer all four of these since I know everyone one else will just ignore you or give you what you want to hear.
1: Long autographs lines are a sign of actual success, if people are willing to wait in a line that long it must be someone they really like and want to support and will treat them with kindness/respect, especially if we are talking about anime conventions. Since anime VAs make their income via anime convention appearances that is a legitimate sign of someone's success.
2: You may go to anime conventions but you probably only go to ones in the local area in which you live. The chances of those cons inviting someone like Jamie and Monica are slim to none in reality. For instance, did you know that Monica has never been to a con in South Carolina? So the chances of her meeting BT in real life is slim to none at this point.
3: Jamie Marchi tweeted an article on NPR about her MeToo bullshit and Vic's Popeye chicken sandwich tweet got more attention than hers. Not good enough for you?
4: It's accurate because even if they get more roles regardless, they're never going to be as well-respected as they were before the Vic situation, they're reputations outside of people like you, BT, Ben Oscar etc. are not very positive. Jamie herself was a polarizing figure in the dubbing community because of her work in adapting the scripts for some of these shows before all this went down. What makes you think it's going to be any better once all this is over?

Did he just admit that Funimation/Sony is a monopoly? That's a reason why some would want the company to go under or be broken up via antitrust lawsuits.
Also, just because Funimation offered a good service in the 2000s doesn't mean they do today, if anything they are quite stagnant and people are still complaining about their streaming service.
Funimation was respected in the 2000s because of all the companies that were active during that time they provided the best service by listening to fan feedback and applying it to the best of their ability. Since most of the other companies went under and they became the biggest company, they no longer do so. There's very little competition besides Sentai Filmworks, Discotek & Viz Media. There's definitely not a company that's even remotely similar to Funimation that could compete with them.
