They know there’s a chance it goes back to court, and are desperate to discredit, shame, and confuse those that might be brought as witnesses.
Remember if you submit an affidavit, you could be called for deposition, and to testify in court.

Not to mention, Judge Chupp got slaughtered in the Tarrant Court of Appeals primary results a few days ago, which means his chance of earning a seat has gone from slim to almost nonexistent.
Man, I hope Vic passes the appeals, mainly so I can see some of these people who filed their affidavits get deposed and we get to see them for who they truly are.
