JYB is not a Funimation employee you dumbass. They can contract him for some roles but he doesn't rely on them at all. He works with Viz, Aniplex, Saban, Video Games, Funimation, and has his own band. Funimation has no power over him nor could they ever threaten him. They take away a role from him? So what he still has his fingers in several pies.
They can't threaten him the same way they can threaten actors who are powerless inside Funimation.

This actually reminds me of how bad JYB's experience. I don't remember where, but he said this when he had to voice Zora from Black Clover like the day after they called him up. He didn't know who the character was or show he was voicing in & had to look up clips of it with Spanish subs.

It’s not even a legitimate list (it was made by some unknown fan who was making assumptions) and was made back in June. Also, even without it, we already know whose who and whose what based on their actions online. So what difference will a list make? Simple: It’s fine when they do it, but not when the other side does it.

I've said this before. You can doubt Nick's legal knowledge and interpretations. He's only a fourth (fifth?) year attorney, and Chupp's Chuppening did show Nick to be wrong, at least officially.
But Nick has yet to be wrong on facts. No one believed Ron's texts or the jellybean story, but those turned out to be true. I'll give Nick the benefit of the doubt that he's spoken to and is aware of other VAs that are sympathetic to Vic.

You don't even really need that specific legal definition. What matters is what a reasonable person would believe someone to be saying when they accuse someone of sexual assault, and that's that they're accusing them of rape, a violent act, an assault that is sexual is nature.
It's like if you call someone a child molester, they're going to assume you mean a sexually predatory pedophile. They aren't going to get off because they point to a dictionary definition and say they just meant he was a person who mildly annoys children.
