These people don’t seem to understand when you’re discussing a situation involving a former employee, then you post a tweet saying that you don’t condone harassment and practically everyone who doesn’t watch anime or is a fan of the company thinks that the employee was fired for engaging in harassment, of course litigation is going to be involved. There’s a difference between getting fired and being called a predator because of your company’s public statements.

To be fair, the news here told that out of the 5 indictments Weinstein had in his trial, he was actually charged for 2 meaning they couldn't prove the other 3 claims for "insufficent proofs", so yeah he's still going to jail but not for the heaviest of his original indictments so even if he doesn't appeal, he's still safe from life imprisonment and getting like 25 years, which is still much anyway.
So yeah stupid cuck BT, testimony is NOT evidence while actual proofs like recordings of video+audio are what did Weinstein in, you stupid idiot.
Funny how Popehat and BT are going on "Weinstein convicted only for testimony" while they actually had some proofs for 2/5 claims which ARE totally physical evidence, unless they're spinning again for the lols like usual.

This and Weinstein had a criminal case with him as the defendant with actual criminal charges, while Vic's case is a civil defamation case with him as the one who filed the suit, comparing the two is absolute lunacy as they are 2 total different things with no common points to begin with.

Let's be clear here. Testimony is indeed evidence. It just so happens to be the weakest form of evidence, and if the defendants' testimony is admissible, do is Vic's.

Contradictions in testimony need to be resolved by a fact finder, like a jury.

They seem terrified of a jury. I wonder why. What better way to prove Vic Man Bad than to have 12 jurors rule against him. They should be chomping at the bit to get this to a trial.
