Does this idiot still not understand that Vic isn't suing Funimation for firing him? That's never been at issue. Vic could be suing everyone for breach of contract, but he isn't. He's suing Funimation because they made the claim that an investigation had turned up evidence of harassment.

Jesus fuck, this is how you know they don't read the filings.

They are too busy swabbing the poop deck on The Threadnought.

LawTwitter is somehow MORE EXCEPTIONAL than rando KV orbiter fujos/white knights. How do you get dumber than fujos and the neckbeards who fap to trash anime Jamie Marchi has been in? How are all these self-proclaimed lawyers this fucking idiotic?

He's... kind of right? At the TCPA stage, what's on PULL doesn't mean Jamie or Monica lied.

But under the rules of the TCPA, if we take Jamie's hair pull story, and Monica almost-rape story, and Vic testifying "lol no u", they have, indeed, lied. Same principle as when Ron claimed criminal charges were coming, and none ever materialized.

Whether they really lied is a matter for a jury. For TCPA, Vic denying those defamatory stories is enough.

Remember Sandmann and the Covington kids? The newspapers saying a smirking highschooler was blocking the way of a stolen valor Amerind without proof was enough for a federal judge to partially overturn his own 12 b 6 order.

Nine times out of ten these smug cunts say absolute nonsense that shows an utter lack of familiarity about what the case is even about and yet they act like they know more than everyone.

Please God, let Vic win on the appeals, not only because he deserves to win, but because I want to see these idiots on Twitter have an emotional and mental breakdown.

But thats wrong, and I can prove it.
In 2019/2020 (at least so far), Jamie has voiced 8 characters, and of those 8 maybe 2 are big roles (I'm not familiar with the materials she voiced, its possible I'm off by 1 or 2). Monica has voiced 10 characters, and of those 3/4 are main characters (would you consider Bulma a main character anymore?).

Small bit roles like 60% of their work has been does not pay the bills. Those roles are too small and don't last long enough. Jamie's big roles also aren't huge big roles, she has done better previous years. Monica might be able to survive off of her role in MHA, but I somehow doubt it. General consensus around the industry is that unless it's work as the main character, it's below living wages, and even then you aren't employed 9-5 365 days per year as one role.

So no, VA's need an alternative revenue source, you thick skulled perjuring caveman. No matter how many times you defend your waifu, she won't fuck you nor realize/care you exist.

Hasn't it been established at this point that VA's income comes primarily from conventions? Emmett isn't paying enough attention.
And a system that Vic himself started.
His life was permanently perjured when Vic’s legal team didn’t even use his affidavit in the appellate brief.
Vic should have admitted the plant love story. Then used his tweets to impeach him. But one has to know who he even is to begin with.

The more insanity and bad spin used by lawtwitter, the more I wonder how these people survive in the real world.
Cant wait til appeals really sets them off and they sperg into a coma.
I know I come off as repetitious and needlessly melodramatic, but all I ask is for Vic's legal team to pass the appeals. I want Vic to get justice, for lawtwitter to have a meltdown and for Funimation's corporate ass-covering to escalate.
These bitches love to take potshots at others by using dumbass gifs, cheesy memes and smug hot takes, but when it's done to them, they throw hissy fits like crybaby bullies because their victim fought back. I wish FSE wouldn't even give these idiots their due, but at the same time, there's something satisfying about a group of trolls getting a taste of their own medicine.

So even when its wrongful termination he shouldn't have sued to clear his name?.
