Scummy and degenerate as Funimation is, BT's right for once. Funimation had every right to terminate Vic, though they apparently didn't follow procedures.
What Funimation doesn't have a right to do was imply that the investigation confirmed cases of sexual misconduct and harassment when all it had to go on was a fucking jelly bean. Vic's suing for defamation, not wrongful termination.

You know what, BT? You’re absolutely right. Just look at those zero lines and respect Jamie and Monica attract at conventions. Just look at the number of PR embarrassments Funimation have received since last year. Look at the number of invites Vic has received for the past week whereas Jamie is begging a small con like Delta to bring her in as a guest. Boy, the industry sure has gotten better without Vic’s presence.
