Might be a good thing. Pure optimism, but if this gets past appeals, all the regurgitated bullshit will be factored into settlement terms or a judgment award. I'll bet 10k internet brownie points that, prior to January 2019, people like PenguinLies, BT, Douchette, Geico Caveman, Shame Homelessberg, probably even Manjawlo, have never said anything negative about Vic apart from not liking his voice work or his gay pants. Which means all this negative talk about Vic happened after the defendants actions.

I'd laugh my ass off if every tweet of Douchette cost the defendants an extra $100, and every like another $5.

As much as I'd hate to even partially agree with this idiot, oodles of Vic Man Bady testimony does seem to make Vic's own testimony less compelling.

But less is not none. Which is, again, a reason why a jury should hear this. Let them decide if all those Vic Man Bad testimonials sound more truthful than Vic. Why are they so afraid of a jury when it's dozens against one?
