Let's go on a walk through VA twitters. I'll skip Monica and Jamie. Also only counting retweets or actual posts, not likes.

Found this nestled under Greg's left manbreast, in the spednought. Law Twitter is still chimping over this article, I never realized that a random person on the internet would be their ultimate kryptonite.

Loving how they've literally spent a week blasting off about "errors" in the article, yet continue to act like Grigsby and ANN deserve a nobel peace prize for their work

The article that began The Chimpening:

Listen Monica fanboy. Its true I wasn't a huge fan of her but I always felt that her and the rest of the DB cast (except Sean) were genuinely cool people to hangout with before this clusterfuck. But it wasn't just her "speaking out" against Vic that made people lose respect for her and you know it you despicable piece of shit. Its blatant hypocrisy, the fact that she meandered around when people were asking for evidence, the threatening and actually calling Homeland Security, and worse of them all painting Chuck as a menace for "trying to silence victims" when in actuality just wanted this situation between his friends to end as quietly as possible. Just fuck her and fuck you for enabling this shit. She is no saint, she's a heather who fakes her personality.

We can trust BT's assessment that Monica doesn't have a mean bone in her body, because he has previously shown his stellar ability to judge character in his stout defense of Bill Cosby.

Why should we trust bt assessment that monica isn't a mean person, this is coming from the same guy that defended bill Cosby, because he's black.

Coming back to this but where do you get off bro. Where were in 2018 when Sean was running a muck getting niggas kicked out of cons due to ego? Not knowing when to take criticism on the matter on the Goku Black (to be fair the criticism was a bit unfair). I know the VA's didn't do shit about this at all and turned a blind eye. But no they care about other people other than themselves. Yeah right

So I would post this in the TV tropes community thread but I don't want to clog up the thread with kickvic stupidity.

Anyways without further ado here's some hot takes on kickvic from the big brained intellectuals over at tv tropes (one of them claims to be a lawyer btw)

Some Choice quotes:

"Good lord I think Vic is a sociopath, a low-functioning one at that."

"No normal human being should be this blatantly uncaring about the red flags of his own fucking case."

"He is currently 57 and his career as a voice actor looked like it was winding down these past few years, so he's probably more interested in a big payday. I feel the absolute smallest amount of sympathy for him getting taken for a ride by Nick and Ty and the six figure legal fees he's going to have to pay. But that's more out of disgust for how unprofessional his lawyer and legal advisor have been, and it's definitely karmic that his attempt to silence his accusers has backfired.

If the appeal does go through I expect things to die off in a few months as the ISWV crowd run out of steam during the wait for the appeal to be heard, pick up again when Broly gets recast, and then fade out when the appeal gets heard and rejected."

"He made his bed, he has to lay in it."

"First of all, I could easily flip this around and say what would his accusers have to have proven in order to prove harassment? (We'll just skip over the fact that the burden of proof is on the accusers in these sorts of cases 9 times out of 10 for now.) Second, no. No it's not. Accusing someone of committing a crime in, in itself, not defamation. It would only be defamation if someone was falsely accused of a crime for the express purpose of ruining their reputation, which is what you're not-so-subtlely implying that you think went down (again, without evidence)."

"So I'm gonna use my experience from similar defenses of harassers and say that good faith arguments are not being made here. Move along, nothing to see."

"It should be noted that Vic lied in his deposition and in his affidavit yet his word is somehow more truthful than over a dozen other affidavits. The bias here is strong."

Regarding the TCPA, here's how it works:

"Innocent Until Proven Guilty' is a legal standard. If your boss believes you are stealing from them, they have every right to fire you for it in most instances, without a formal conviction. There are multiple accusations which are now formalized evidence, notably Kara Edwards and the Yost twins."

"In suing the defendants, Vic is claiming "they are lying about me." By the court, this means the defendants are now innocent until proven 'guilty' (liable in a civil case but whatever). Ergo he has to prove what they say false."

"The TCPA means Vic has to establish he has a case and it's not a frivolous attempt to stifle free speech. Problem is? He couldn't do that. His lawyers might have been able to get Toye and Monica's claims past the TCPA, but Marchi's case and Funi's were DOA."

"The standard is clear: Clear and specific evidence of each claim. You can't do that, you're out. And as a public figure, Vic would have to not only prove the statements false, but that the defendants were lying. Let me say clearly: I believe Vic Mignogna is a predator. If he decides to sue me for it, and even if he can prove he is not a predator? He has to prove I said this knowing it was false."

"I've been reading summaries of Nick Rekieta's livestreams and my god he's not even trying to give proper legal advice anymore. Among his claims for the Vic appeals is that Funimation is guilty of defamation because Sony HR's investigation actually found Vic innocent and Funi lied about it, that Jamie, Monica and Ron are all employees of Funi despite all available evidence, dismisses Monica's stories as lies because she thought of Vic as a friend, and that if Vic loses on appeals that is equal to defamation being dead in the state of Texas. Also another claim that the TCPA is unconstitutional (it's been upheld twice by the Texas Supreme Court) and making fun of people writing 500 page legal documents whilst ignoring that Ty wrote a 1000+ document just last month."

"I am just shocked and amazed that people not only take his legal advice seriously and at face value but donate hundreds of dollars right into his pockets."

Anyways have at it

Autism hilarity aside, these fucking clowns lost their right to comment once this started.

They stuck Vic in the “Retired Voice Actors” section, while mentioning the allegations he faced AND most hilariously either on Vic’s page or Monica’s they call Neil “God I wanna snuggle” Kreepazoid Kaplan a “credible source “ about Vic’s behavior yet conventionally don’t mention the girl who had receipts of Neil’s sick behavior, which is just a huge pile of lols.

Neil tooooottttaaallly wasn’t like biased, or anything. 😏

What? I can't hear all the muffled shit takes. Too much cock in the mouths from sucking off their friends and the VAs that all tried to bully a man into suicide using accusations without proof or merit. But I mean, all that gets tossed out of the window when you want your validation from people who don't give a flying fuck about you all.
