I find it amazing that this Akiva Cohen guy is so bad at reading comprehension. It makes me wonder how he possible managed to pass grade school, let alone the bar. Even the part of the letter that everyone is up in arms about ("Mr. Mignogna is not a piece of shit") immediately leads into the statement "nor did he commit any crimes as..."

And hey, what do you know, that last part is oh so conveniently cut from the frame. What a fucking coincidence, huh?

That is the most gloriously stupid thing I've seen in a while. I'm honestly impressed that he neither claimed the DCMA bit was a typo nor gave a "my bad" and peace'd out but actually doubled down and claim that they're basically the same thing.

I was amazed by that. You rarely see such pure stupidity in its natural form because people this stupid would only grow to adulthood in our current environment. Anyone this dumb would have been obviously dumb from birth in past societies and would have been left on a cliffside to die or something.
