This is actually a fine theorizing (especially given some of the other big brained theories that are the norm for #kickvic) but why would RT have damning information on Vic that Rial and the whole of Funimation wouldn't have, especially since this possibility stands in opposition to the possibility that RT truly did nothing wrong?

Is it not possible that the reason that they never sued RT was because they view RT as a victim of misinformation by the sued parties and would hope that the results of the case would cause them to reconsider? Technically, they can sue all the cons that dropped him and never picked him back up because they more than likely broke their contracts with him, but they presumably opted not to do that for the same exact reason (they were clearly victims of misinformation).

I'm genuinely interested in the train of thought that somehow concludes that a man with 9 total tweets, 3 of which were directed at the opposition, is somehow now addicted to harassing people on Twitter.

There's not much to go after RT right now. They've kept silent and only given a neutral statement regarding Vic's termination. The plan is to get something out of discovery: communications with Funimation or their VAs and anything they know about the "investigation" and how much that figured into the decision to cut ties with him.

There have also been some dumb tweets from a couple of RT's VAs that couldn't keep mouths shut and had to virtue signal so that could open up RT directly for discovery. Unless something comes out, there's not sufficient evidence to implicate RT at the moment.

Nick hinted strongly on Thursday night that there is some evidence that can be used against RT.

There's two things that stand out as interesting to me on the topic:
  1. the statement from the lawsuit pleadings under paragraph 19 that funimation employees or business partners urged other studios not to work with Vic
  2. The tweets from Miles Luna (anime writing director at Rooster Teeth) where he was telling people to listen to Monica

Well, he's wrong in the first paragraph. How people can be this ignorant in an age where there's a legit oracle any first world person can consult is beyond me.

He just doesn't understand the case and thinks it's about "mean tweets." He then goes into some asinine and ignorant diatribe about how Trump needs to change defamation laws in order to own the libs. Which tells me he's not predicting a win for Vic.

I think it might be better expressed as "if Mundant Matt thinks there will be a specific outcome, it's probably gonna be the opposite."

Which in this case, would be good for Vic.

You dont understand. People that called him out for his shitty behavior should be fined thousands so that he can maintain his worthless platform and dame pesos should be executed in the streets.
