Serpent's Hand are the realest niggas out of all of these organizations. They're the ones who actually give a fuck about expanding knowledge and protecting humanity, since they don't cover their ears and shut their eyes and go "LALALALA" to the fact that the 'anomalies' are as natural as anything else in the world. Wizards are cool and scientists are gay, and the snek library guys don't lobotomize you for peeking beyond a narrow preconception of acceptable reality.
Serpent's Hand have been so thoroughly infiltrated by globohomo ideology that even associating with them automatically qualifies you as a tranny gocksucker. Sorry, but I don't make the rules
They're a splinter group of Are We Cool Yet? (i.e. those Dada luddites).
Fun fact: A 3D Gun making collective is actually named after them and the reaction of the original author of AWCY to that information is, of course, chimping out at the thought of people arming themselves

Only on account of shit writers, the Wanderer's Library contains all knowledge and thus necessarily would have within it a book of persons who will never be women, filled with the names of all troons past and future on wafer-thin pages, and all of Kiwi Farms too. Could one truly abide in a place with such a chudsome bounty of wrongthink?

The real most dangerous anomaly was trannies all along

Honestly I've always been biased toward the serpent's hand because I hate settings where all the actually cool parts of it are obsessively hidden from most of the people living in it, especially by the main characters and especially in SCP where the veil gets increasingly implausible to functionally maintain.

Why do you think the O5 are so secretive about their identity even in the foundation itself.
Well, assume from dehumanizing them for dramatic effect, it means that you can obscure the death and replacement of an O5, and keep their former colleagues from assigning baggage to their new superiors. Not to mention all the normal reasons to hide important information about a secret agent which already overlaps with what you just said.

For those still curious about its offshoot, the RPC Authority's latest Terrible Trio event has been ongoing for about 3 months, and last month gave us probably one of the best reads and highest production values in a while with RPC-478. I personally enjoyed it quite a bit and found it heart-warming that the writers here have still got "it" after all these years.

I think that one's pretty good too, concept's great without being another one of those "le world-destroying powerscale entity".

Sir I was making a joke.

I remember reading about that neko corp faction and its whole premise sounds dark and interesting

Considering the massive scale the SCP Foundation claims to have, its actual impact is surprisingly limited.
It remains a niche.
The public isn't interested in SCPs other than the classics.
And despite the 8,000 deities they’ve added, people only care about Mekhane, Yalda, and Scarlet King.

Someone mentioned this earlier.
But when you search for an unconventional SCP, the only other results that appear come from TV Tropes.

and it's common knowledge that the SCP writers edit their own trope pages

38 posts and now an unopposed request for an extension. You really got to laugh your ass off at how the faggots running the wiki will put more effort into investigating allegations of AI usage among their ranks than pedophilia among their ranks.
I remember that back when it all started, SCP still let you generate images with DALL-E.
It surprised me that a site like that was so permissive.
Then, Luddite hysteria spread among the libs.
It doesn't surprise me that they act like the AI police now.

Containment Breach was the biggest public splash its ever made and ever since then the whole site's been mogged by a gacha game.
I'm personally not surprised the public doesn't really care about it outside the biggest hits that can easily be portrayed in action and recogized, the format and sheer number of entries doesn't make it very approachable for casuals to really discuss which quadruple digit number is their favorite outside of the first couple of series.

Pretty much, they're coasting on their past glory. The classics had the most impact, they're everything that made SCP popular in the first place (or rather what they were used in, such as Containment Breach). And much like any trend, no one really cares long afterward. It managed to retain more relevance due to how the average person's attention span was a bit longer back then, not to mention that there wasn't much like it at the time. Now? No one gives a fuck, even if a newer SCP is actually well written. Unless that shit is in a popular game, it has no relevance. Deserved sadly.

Lol not even, I don't see anything other than 'ol Scarlet. I bet you if you ask if anyone recognizes these three, most would just recognize the SK and maybe Yalda. Honestly I'd argue that more people know of The Deer (SCP-2845) and especially the Abrahamic God who's also a classic SCP.
SK, "God," maybe the Hanged King, but that's really it.

Doesn't help how hostile and just generally dogshit everything "official" surrounding it. I used to do the art showcases until I got bored, those really showcased visually how repellent to both normies and grognards SCP is. Quite literally turned to trannycore so hard that only people interesting in tranny culture and nothing else can get into the wider SCP "culture."
