I have a few questions

1. What is the deadline for an appeal?
2. Have you contacted Legal Aid and Pro Bono Counsels? Even if they can't take your case, they may be able to offer a free consultation or direct you to other resources

I'm pennyless. I can't even afford the letters/envelopes/stamps, gas, phone and such. I need money to fight this and show up to court. I can't just illegally drive my van with bad plates, no insurance, no gas, and so on... I'm also in a protective housing situation and my case manager is out on medical leave for 3 months donating his liver, and i'm sure when he gets back he will be wamped. even then, it takes money to travel to him to make sure he does it correctly on time. I need him for the confidential address or i'll be sued into oblivion by my sis and her P&E development and Anna Hearn LLC. Applying for a hearing also has a hearing fee of about $200, I've been told.

1. unsure. 2 years likely.
2. they cant help. tried all that for 2 months. only found 3 lawyers, but 1 wouldnt make my address confidential for my protection, one is a hotshot asshole, and the other wants the money first, despite the court findings show he's got enough to pay them back.

dad said he was gunna help me with my bills, I just want to go home and caretake for him. it would solve my depression and he doesnt have a mental illness. I need to get a second opinion from Dr. Jo Fink
 
I will ask God about this. I have a good track record when talking to God about kiwis, but it is ultimately up to God. You should try talking to God also. What does your dad need help with? Jesus can save your dad, and already has saved him, if your dad will accept His help.

no, I just explained I cant insure my car without money... or phone or anything... thats whats family is for. I need all those to fight this, I want my dad... he wants me
