The Minor with health problems, Fernanda Lujan Echeverria Rios, from las Heras, Argentina, disappeared in April 2024 after a fight with her parents, was found with Linarez aka Judah, in the Streets of Lima, Peru, trying to get a job according Linares. The peruvian police investigated the house of Linarez, which was in poor condition, and founded who Linarez contacted Fernanda in SS or "Suicide Pages".

Some people pinged me about this and I just wanted to make some clarifications here.
  • Judah was never part of SS staff at any point. He founded an offshoot to the SS forum for Spanish speaking users and the suicide wiki, but it was shut down after a short time.
  • He has pretended to be staff on the forum, but during my time as administrator, we had to remind him multiple times that he was not staff.
However, these developments really don't surprise me. Judah has always been a strange character on the forum, and he always wanted to be in the spotlight and liked the attention.

That's actually a really good method, other than the possibility of harm to innocent third parties like first responders. It certainly beats that idiotic sodium nitrite method that for some reason is the flavor of the week over there. It should only be done in a well ventilated area and after putting up a sign warning of the hazard to anyone entering the area.

While I haven't done any real research into obtaining it, it probably isn't necessary to make it yourself. It has some use (much like sodium nitrite and nitrous oxide) in food industries, and is sometimes used to preserve produce, so it should be a fairly trivial matter to obtain it.

A less charitable interpretation would be that he attempted to leverage the still-warm corpse of one of his fans to manufacture consent for a draconian censorship bill by lying through his teeth to twist the events to fit his political narrative in a breach of journalistic integrity so egregious he managed to make an incel-adjacent suicide forum look good.

Channel 4 did a documentary called "Poisoned-Killer in the Post" which touched on the forum, but amazingly didn't paint it in too bad a light. But then again the focus was on Law and making out members are mere helpless victims, with absolutely no free will at all. One of the dad's who lost his suicidal kid and the journo who broke the story (another tantacrul type) turned up on Good Morning Britain and did their best to gaslight everyone into thinking it's actually murder and ignoring all the issues around depression and suicide and what drives someone to that. Happily most logical people saw through all the bull in the youtube comments and pointed that out.

There's talk of SN gaining A LOT of popularity now outside the forum, especially in China. I don't know how true that is or if it's just in a few niche circles. It does seem like the cat might be out of the bag tho, especially with all the extra media attention in the UK. I think a few members are starting to look for alternatives, there is some substance or method a bit similar to SN (KN I think?) but I haven't looked into it yet so I dunno how promising it is as the next "peaceful method" I've just seen it being discussed more in light of how hard SN is to get these days.

It isn't that hard to get but even if it is, they aren't likely to get rid of pink curing salt. SN dissolves in ethanol but salt doesn't (as much) so it should be pretty easy to extract from the salt. Not sure about the purity, or whether it would turn out pink, but that shouldn't really matter. There are too many legitimate and established uses for it to make a total ban feasible anyway.

Not that I recommend doing this at all, ever. By "this" I mean kill yourself with it, not extracting SN. You might have a sensible reason for doing that.

Interesting, I wonder if that would work-purity is super important tho apparently, has to be 95%+. It's probably still easy to get low purity SN. But most places require a business license for higher purity, and members are really struggling to find any place to sell to individuals.

And yeah no I'm not about to do anything-I just like to know I have options!
 
Way late to the party but I'm not sure how this site entirely slipped by me. Anyway, I'm not surprised the mods are all pedophile trannies, hopefully they practice what they preach someday. That being said, I'm not opposed to the concept of the site in general. Obviously there's the trans element that solves itself, but I also feel that it's better for people to have resources to find a way to successfully commit suicide than to fail and be left in a vegetative state that's a burden to family and taxpayers due to the welfare system.

Thanks for the summary!

I have been following suicide forums on and off for a few years but never understood the fandom around SN. It seems to work if done right, yes, but the "if done right" emphasis is far stronger than most people think. What was it, 8 hours to a day of fasting, and then a very meticulous ritual of antiemetics, water, more fasting, more water, SN? Only to get exposure to what seems to be a 50/50 chance of you actually dying rather than spending a night with the worst stomach cramps you'll ever have? What if you're overweight or have a slow metabolism, or on the contrary are an athlete with an extraordinary ability of not killing yourself when your body wants to?

With SN being a regulated substance with no trustworthy source distributing to retail customers (everyone thought Kenneth Law was trustworthy until they found out he kept permanent records of all his fucking customers, lmfao), it would probably be simpler, safer and more fool-proof to just get a load of "heroin" from random guys at your local train stations and chug that shit all at once, maybe in combination with antiemetics if you want to make sure.

Newfag can't figure out how to properly quote someone in the process of editing an already existing reply, so I'll resort to mentioning you @Sandshrew this way (hope it works)...

Been active on SS for a decent while. From my experience most people who stay on that site, including the mods, are people who joined out of desperation and somewhere along the way got stuck in a purgatory state of kind of being out of the suicidal mindset but not out enough to have a proper life outside of the site. For them, SS is all (or a significant part of) what they have when it comes to social interaction, so they stay because they simply have no better option. One of my frequent Discord contacts belongs to them, he hates the site but stays active on there because he can't find anything better than it for himself. And I get it, regardless of the average SS user's retardation it really can be a safe haven for a certain type of person. Obviously there are beyond-hope despicable users who sound like broken records and would arguably bring a net value to all parts of society if they just fucking killed themselves already, but that is a minority you can easily overlook.
