I mean you can couch this however you like, but what you're really saying is any forum where suicidal people can discuss what they're going through without fear of immediately getting hauled off to a loony bin shouldn't exist. Suicidal people should just shut the fuck up.

I guess you betting on the Alabama AG prosecuting someone for a law that has never been enforced, a novel case, right before an election year, on a case that they'll certainly lose. I don't think so lol, but I take that you're a practicing lawyer in Alabama to think that this is something that will make it to court in the first place.

Also it's funny when you refer to the site as a "suicide facilitation" site, but refer to the journalists that actively harass me as people "doing their jobs"
 
What a strange situtation, I think that site is a pile of shit, I hate what they are pushing. Banning them and fuckign with the people running it isn't going to fix a fuckign thing. Real issues with mental illness needs to be addressed, but sadly, that requires too much fuckign work.

First part part he refers to Diego as a psycho. Second part he refers to both Lamarcus and Diego as assholes quite possibly exceeding first amendment protections.

For the currently active criminal case against Small and Galante I think the prosecutor's name is Cecilia Bonsignore. That's only Galante's home country though. The DHS does monitor the site and coordinates with the UK about it. As far as long-term I don't think this specific suicide site has a great future.

Considering that specific legal case against Diego, there has not been movement on it for years and the prosecutor admitted that he probably didn't break any laws. This stuff can happen due to lousy media coverage that doesn't tell the full story. It's likely that they've wasted this prosecutors as they probably couldn't find anything on Diego, else we would be hearing about it. The fact that we've heard nothing after almost 2 years is a sign that nothing will probably happen on that front.

As for myself, I do not have any active criminal cases against me, as I would likely not be posting here if I did...

I also don't anticipate the forum going down or me going to jail over it.

Running/controlling whatever that site seems like a legal nightmare.

One common thing of cults is they are pretty confident, have defenders, often lawyers. They also lie relentlessly, especially their leaders. I wouldn't personally control a site if INTERPOL, prosecutors, and the DHS were involved like they are with SS. What you do is up to you and I do hope you see justice for the way you ran the site the first few years.

Justice under the law, not extralegal or illegal stuff.

So basically you're saying suicidal people should be forcibly prevented from talking to each other, because you personally disapprove of that, and their opinions should be disregarded in that matter. The government should be in charge of how people talk to each other.
