Sanctioned Suicide - "Kill yourself" but unironically with sodium nitrite. Higher death count than the Farms. Targeted by parents, legislators, and journalists looking to alter Section 230.

newsmedia is 24/7 my friend

Ah yes, that clearly says they were making a documentary on you. Newsmedia is 24/7, grow up.

Oh yes, the same people that have been pushing for journos to publish my name and stalk me like paparazzi are now saying that I'm not important, when they're the one's that are pushing this along. 🤣

The BBC has tried to contact me at least 2 times, one by sending some person ranting about SS to my house and then by putting this letter in my mailbox. The third time was the ambush by cell phone with him ranting about "remorse for the dead" for his expose.

Angus has still been crying about this on his twitter. He is very much focused to the site. I expect him to make more articles. Documentary feels a little big but i think he means that they are acting like they are in a documentary, recording him like an animal (i swear if anyone takes that out of context)
nothing short of grandiose and typical of both SS and .is

This cracker really just called Lamarcus a monkey.

The criminal accusations started from the moms years ago, if they think something illegal was done, it's their job to report with actual facts. If they don't have any, they don't have a case and life goes on. If they do then they do.

The moms already contacted Alabama AG so I don't really think it's the domain of media anymore anyway. They said so publicly

Is this meant to scare me?

I haven't broken any laws either way so it doesn't matter. Even the NYT begrudgingly admitted this.

Alabama AG isn't going to take this case either way especially when there's an election right around the corner.

What's the point in making a new account again, Shawshank? What was wrong with the old one?
Actually, since this is likely just ol' Willy Luppinaci, this is about a year of coming back under different accounts to make the same arguments. Pretty abnormal behavior.

hell if I know, I don't even know what they reported

We both know if they were something there, I would already be arrested and behind bars. They've been saying the whole "lock him up" thing for almost 3 or 4 years now. If there was something actionable, then it would have been acted on by now.

I just find this whole thing retarded.

Imagine being so impotent and low energy you can't even get a black man in Alabama wrongfully arrested.

If Lamarcus' suicide facilitation site does more than nominally break alabama law, ie also proven in court, I personally advocate probation with snacks rather than full jail cell.

are there not ways to research how to take your own life without a forum telling you how to do it? is this is the only forum on the entire internet that has logged definitive methods of suicide? is it not better for people to have a website where they can read and take comfort in other peoples' experiences, maybe even reconsider what they want to do with their own lives? this is a gay comparison but saying SS 'advocates' for or 'pushes' people to suicide is like saying the only thing planned parenthood does is abort babies. the harm reduction aspect of the forum is entirely disregarded because of the potential harm it could do. if literally any journalist could take one moment to focus on the community aspect instead of alleging that the people on it want each other to die, that would be cool. but journalistic integrity in mainstream media is a joke.

The people who lost kids on the site are genuinely in pain. The concerns from the professional class are numerous. Lamarcus pushes the blackpill philosophy, which is extreme fatalism. He says stuff like "cope or rope" to his dating frustration forum so I don't exactly trust him to run a site that IS explicitly about suicide.

i don't doubt that the parents of young people who used the site and took its 'advice' aren't in an incredible amount of pain. i know how much having someone in your life commit suicide hurts. that doesn't change the fact that it's just a forum, one that doesn't have any information that people can't find elsewhere, except with the addition of a sense of community. i'm not advocating for the existence of the website, just remarking upon the fact that it seems hypocritical how journalists turn a blind eye to the 'recovery' subsection of the forum. furthermore your obsession with the former founder is autistic and weird. show me where he tells suicidal teens explicitly that they should consider suicide (directing people to the forum does not count). him being an incel faggot or not has no bearing on the creation of SS.

suicidal people can be vulnerable, of that i am aware. but if they're going to be online, especially adults, and they're going to be on internet forums (whether it be SS or not) that deal with topics such as fatalism or 'blackpilling', that's something they're responsible for viewing. obviously teenagers are a different story and the onus falls on the parents to get them help or at the very least restrict internet access before they are reading up on a forum dedicated to talking about suicide.

The recovery section was started due to petitioning from the moms who lost kids on the site. However, Lamarcus still didn't let people join to only use the recovery section. IE not free speech.
