Sanctioned Suicide - "Kill yourself" but unironically with sodium nitrite. Higher death count than the Farms. Targeted by parents, legislators, and journalists looking to alter Section 230.

I don't understand how a WHOIS registration or company records or some unsubstantiated claims about a BuyVM IP proves that he still administrates the site. You sound exactly like Ariadne Conill claiming that Flow Chemical is a shell company for the Kiwi Farms and that its owner is a moderator here.

But at least this proves why I tagged this thread with 'lolcow in thread'.

I'm curious about what you mean by this.
A mod saying the subject of the thread is a horrorcow while on the other hand the OP deciding to continually ignore the Vokl LLC and DNS records to promote the notion that Small stopped being part of the site in 2021. It's basically an OP issue. They want to run interference for Small.
Additionally the number of single purpose accounts promoting SS far exceeds those detracting here.

When you own a website you have to provide continual updates about ownership to retain a domain. That is called a DNS record of ownership. Each year, the business Lamarcus owns, which is under his full name, was continually put as the registrant. Even if it was automatically renewed, if Lamarcus cared about not being the owner, he would have changed it or asked the new owner to change it. But he didn't because he likes the attention.

DNS records are the first, and often the only place to prove website ownership. -shrug-

We care more about people being allowed to say what they want rather than who owns where they say it.

I don't give a single shit about Small and neither do any of the mods here. If 5t3n0g0ph3r says it's a horrorcow that's his opinion and mod's personal opinions don't get to set moderation.

Now you're just like Hector Martin thinking I'm in cahoots with Louis Rossmann for creating the thread on Daniel Micay.

Because a lot of them are SS members (that's why this thread is Diseased)

As far as I know whoever is put on the registration doesn't matter to the actual operations of the website. It's not like registrars check that the registrant controls the site. They only care about valid contact information. So again this proves jack shit.

Who do you think is making these astroturfing accounts?

The OP has always come across as a poster who emphasizes facts over any feelings in all the threads I've read of his. I seriously doubt he would run any type of interference. He lets the lolcows speak for themselves.

Those single purpose accounts were members of SS who came to share their experiences with this thread.

For what it's worth, I'm sorry (if) you lost a loved one. But this anger would be better spent in pursuit of affordable and accessible mental health resources, not in trying to punish whoever you happen to blame that day.

Yes it matters. If someone were to email the registrar contesting ownership in a convincing way, or the ownership was under ambiguity in some other way, ICANN would mail the owner based on the DNS record because that's who ICANN, the

Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers

assumes is the owner
This is also what ISNIC does, Cloudflare does etc.

Ok but this still has nothing to do with the actual site. Just because he owns the domain (assuming it's true for the sake of argument) doesn't mean he is an admin on the site.

So your or his position is he owns the domain but desperately wants the media to leave him alone because he's "not involved at all anymore". That doesn't make much sense does it.
(additionally he did also control the server/s in 2022 after he claimed to leave, likely still now)

That is perfectly plausible and people do retarded shit like that all the time. In any case Vokl doesn't appear on the latest WHOIS (12 Sep 2023) so I doubt he even owns the domain name now. So I'm not sure what you're trying to prove.

At most I would agree that he's retarded for having Vokl on the domain registration for so long.

New Mexico is the PO box for the Wyoming business, that's why it says NM

ICANN doesn't do this.

People use false WHOIS information all the time and it has always been this way. You can use a fake name and address and no one will probably give a crap. The only information that ICANN cares about is the email address on file.

if there's any issue about someone registration information most registrars will either tell them to update it, but they will hardly ever go to the point and send physical mail to an address in the WHOIS.

In my 15 years of registering/buying/selling domains, I have never seen an instance where someone has lost their domain due to false WHOIS information.

it's rare for the ambiguity of a domain to rise to that level, but yea ICANN will mail who is under the owner if that were to happen. The point is that ICANN would consider that the owner. Additionally, Cloudflare would contact who is listed as the domain owner if someone were to contest ownership, there's a form for that on Cloudflare.

If you weren't the owner you wouldn't put your full name on the metaphorical doorstep of SanctionedSuicide each year jesus christ.
