I've only ever seen still images of that and honestly, seeing the whole context makes it considerably less cursed. From messy food fetish, snuff film vibes to 'dude goofing off with his photographer friends'.
 
I suddenly remembered this dude existed after a mate brought up the resurgence of the blue whale hoax shit, *sigh*
I can actually answer the sonic query, that video is some sort of behind the scenes/out-take from an old smash series called "There Will Be Brawl" and according to IMDB, the actor's some nobody named Thomas Mannino, no correlation to goofman
