S.401 - Fair Access to Banking Act

Payment processors have done censorship before this targeting completely different services, frame it as a general anti-censorship argument.
Which it is. The KF, for example, doesn't break any laws at all and Null is blackballed by payment processors, so it IS censorship. The website is no different from old tabloids in paper that would say that Michelle Obama was a man and that Obama wasn't born in the US, it's just gossip.
Most people just don't know how to deal with this type of attention, they feed into the drama instead of just going offline and depriving people of content.

>well-written screed detailing the cancer of payment processors in a specific manner
>thread filled with a handful of faggots immediately gendersperging and doomposting

Glownigger distraction/subversion ops aren't even subtle anymore.
You're probably joking, but taken seriously it's so much worse to consider: if there is a glowop it's occuring here only insofar as the initial memes were proliferated by glowies, probably years or decades ago. Now we're just coasting on pure retardation. Even if every hypothetical psyop program collapsed right now, the seeded divisive memes might keep playing out for generations.

God I love when Kiwi Niggers act like Kiwi Niggers. This isn't about feminazis this isn't about Incel porn, this isn't about anything other than grabbing these money grubbing kikes by the neck and taking away their ability to do anything other than make money. They will fight first and foremost for that and that alone. Let them keep their fees, but defang them and make it a pain in the ass to try and enforce the ideology of trannies who actually went to college and got degrees and jobs in these companies to push this stupid shit.

The only solution to undo the mental raping committed by federal agents against mentally challenged shut-ins on the Internet via blackpill memes is to commit our own, even harder and more violent brain-raping which will purge all traces of glownigger semen from the bellies of our fellow autists, replacing them with whitepilled and chudly Positive Polly genes. It must be done to move forward.

And all of this is coming to your country in less than a decade. Have fun!

Technology's already around, and we've been living with it for like a decade. Integrated marketplaces on social media already exists, precise implementation in messaging apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger is much more prevalent in the rest of the world than it is in America due to red tape that not even Zuckerberg could do anything about it without tanking Meta's stock value again.

There's also the societal dimension to it all. Many Chinese tech trends were ported to the West, but they were basically dead on arrival. Off the top of my head:
  • Charging stations with a dozen ports and high wattage for fast charging? It makes sense in China because smartphones (even back in the Java flip phone era with QQ and ICN) are much more ubiquitous and there's hundreds of millions of people within a first-tier city's greater metro area. In America, everyone's spread out across distance, devices, and needs. The attitude is to either charge your phone at home, at work, in your car, or bring a portable battery. Why sit with strangers when charging your phone on a dodgy public outlet?

  • An "everything" app like WeChat doesn't make sense in America. Uber Eats is about as close to an "everything" app considering it now has the scale to order literal stationery from Staples or CVS in addition to overpriced junk food. Cost is the limiting factor. @AltisticRight is a better person to talk about this, but transaction fees in China are comparatively cheap relative to America. What impetus is there for Meta to go all-in on the "everything" app paradigm between Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp in America, when payment processor fees will eat into their profits and everyone's charging their own markup to offset their losses? WeChat is the undisputed titan of China, but other apps like Alibaba, RedNote and Douyin have similar marketplace or even payment processor features, Even if we try doing 1:1, other companies will scramble to scale upward for diminishing returns.
Come on, Nerdtron. You're losing your edge; I'm now cynical like Diogenes of Sinope and not like a doomer faggot. Gotta step up your game.

For people who value "inconvenient truths" they sure don't like being shown inconvenient truths.

Your biggest mistake is clinging to the idea of true and false. Nothing's ever truly decided, we can never "know" the totality of anything, and an inconvenient truth from yesterday is almost always overblown to the extent of harming the genuinely good points that were being made. Believe it or not, I don't wholly disagree with criticism of Trump 2.0; I spent the last four years a-logging the big bad Cheeto man. I never expected to see the Epstein files in my lifetime, and I don't think I ever will see them in their full, unredacted form; that's why it pissed me off when Bondi, Kash, and even Trump all had to make themselves look like clowns. Democrat or Republican, America is ultimately beholden to Israel on some measure. I'd be waxing dramatic about the potential erasure of Iran should protracted, sustained warfare ever come to pass no matter who was the one that gives Israel the go-ahead. What stands out in stark contrast is the realm of 3PL, and how tariffs had a huge impact. Not just on politics or economics, but literal revenue that US Customs is collecting.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: there is a a literal 270% year-on-year increase in revenue collected by US Customs (Bloomberg, CNBC). In absolute terms, it's a drop in the bucket. Proportionately, it's monumental. This is the first time in how many decades where US Customs is collecting double-digit billions of dollars in revenue?! This isn't just duties, either because US Customs charges other fees like Merchandise Processing Fees, Harbour Maintenance Fees (for ocean cargo), and other fees required by any PGAs like the EPA, FDA, Fish & Wildlife, or the USDA. These fees scale proportionately to the duties. This is the single biggest, mind-boggling thing I've ever witnessed and I cannot believe it's happening under Grovald Trumpland 2.0... and this is happening while there's all the histrionics in public discourse about DOGE, the closure of USAID, deportations, and foreign policy.

Inflation's not as big of an issue because Jerome Powell refuses to lower interest rates alongside high tariffs. We're not gonna be going to a post-Volcker, pre-COVID norm of rock-bottom interest rates any time soon (i.e. the next 2-3 years). Trump can bluster, bemoan, and besmirch Powell all he wants, but I'm astounded that a sustained period of >4% interest rates has persisted for this long; this is longer than after the 2008 GFC. Hey, I'm not complaining, I think it's a good thing! For however much direct consumer prices rise because of tariffs, inflation, and interest rates, it's nowhere near the extent that large multinational companies are paying for industrial machinery or bulk orders. What other country can match the USA's urge to cons00m at all costs? Even if our diplomatic relations tank altogether, the sheer size of the US consumer market means that it's a fool's errand to try and find a replacement.

All of that other shit can go tits-up on me, my optimism could largely be crushed, but this tariff success in pure, unambiguous, fiscal terms is enough to give me hope. You damn sure can't take that away from me. Or, y'know... I could be dead wrong on all counts, things could go tits-up in a matter of weeks, and society as we know it could collapse by the end of 2025 or 2026. Only time will tell.

If Payment Processors are about to install INGSOC-levels of censorship, then the average normie mass that consumes porn WILL either openly revolt or see crypto more favorably in order to get its wanking material.

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, etc., has stolen billions upon billions of dollars across the decades, and not when, IF they do this tyrannical puritanism, then they deserve to fucking die in a Molotov fire.

...or in a whimper, all replaced by the normalizing of Bitcoin, Etherium, or some other meme coin.

Because Ethan Ralph is an actual scrote LARPing as a human.

According to whom? Pharma companies regularly eat multi-million dollar lawsuits as a regular course of business and they have vastly less power, influence, and spare monetary resources than the entities you're speaking about here.

The phrase/word 'demoralization' is becoming to the right what accusations of fascism are from the left.
Lawsuits are not the same thing as a genuine law being passed against them. They are also chronically less regulated than financial institutions. You're comparing apples to oranges.

In the UK, a company or business can lose its licence (yep, that word) to trade if they are found to be breaking the laws of the country.

All Donald Trump has to do, if there is similar legislation there, is threaten to ban VISA etc. through removal of their right to trade in the USA.

Yes, he'd cause issues and the Left would majorly sperg out (what's new) but if he says 'I am doing this to punish those who unfairly punish others' then the media will have to at least ask why Donald is doing this.

Anything Donald does (as with Nigel Farage) is instantly mass reported on by the media, and even some opponents of Donald Trump who have been de-platformed might even be prepared to say 'well, I don't support him politically, but I do support him taking to task banks who cancelled me as a customer.'

If VISA etc. thought that there was even the slightest chance that they'd be out of business in a few months, they'd beg Donald Trump to reconsider - perhaps because cancel culture is now not working they'd be okay with letting people access their products, after all more customers = more business.

Would it be possible for a rival to VISA etc. to come along? Possibly, and if/when it does I hope it's an all in one payment for Apps, Cash, Cards and Crypto.
>All Donald Trump has to do is (things he would never consider doing)

When have coomers ever revolted about anything? That’s even more of a meme than Gamers Rise Up.
