Don't be silly. He is Ryulong, Super Genius. He's incapable of accepting criticism or acknowledging the possibility he might be wrong about something. He is convinced, beyond all reason, that he's smarter than everyone else, and therefore knows better than you. Witness the Japanese wiki incident, where he was trying to "correct" native Japanese speakers on their language when he had studied it for a year or two at most. They rightly told him to fuck off, and he was geninuely mystified as to why people weren't accepting his edits as correct. That's why he edit wars over the most insignificant things, because letting even things like a character's wallet slide would mean possibly acknowledging he was wrong about something, which he can't do. It's not autism. It's ego.
 
The autism:

- Hyper-focused on a few topics.
- Obsession with small details.
- Seemingly lacks the ability to even understand other viewpoints.
- Will continue beating any dead horse. Seems to not even grasp that the horse is dead (the above conversation is a good example of that).

The asshole:

- Unwilling to stop and examine his behaviour and improve on it − even days or weeks after the fact.
- Unwilling to even consider that he is wrong.
- Abusive.

In pretty much all cases that I've seen on this forum it's a combination of autism + something else. Even for Chris. It's not his autism *as such* that makes him the lolcow supreme; if he would just draw his weird shitty Sonichu stuff and post them online, then that would be that. "Haha, let's move on". It's his autistic assholery that makes him the lolcow supreme...

Oh, I'm not doubting he's autistic, and you're correct, it's the autism combined with being an Olympic-level jackass that makes him who he is. I'm just saying that the jackassery is more of the driving force behind his actions than the autism. Take away the asshole motivations, and he'd still be annoying, but if he'd admit he was wrong from time to time, he'd be a lot more tolerable.

Jesus Christ, this fucker can't even wait a day for the name "Walking Heart" to be solidly confirmed. Your life will not end if "Walking Heart" isn't confirmed immediately, Dragon Dragon, you sperglord.

I seriously hope it's anything but "Walking Heart", just to see Double Dragon waste the next week spazzing out and claiming that the translators screwed it up or something, since he's got a history of acting as if the Japanese creators of Kamen Rider don't know the names of their own creations.
 
That's the Ryulong I remember. Always turning to indignant fits whenever he can't use admin powers to make his naysayers go away. I thought maybe he'd done some reflecting since Rationalwiki and the Bleach wiki episodes but no. Truth is Ryu can't function unless he's the decision-maker or everyone else rolls over and lets him pretend he is.

Remember how Ryulong cried on and on about how he didn't want to be a "fucking lolcow"? See, DragonDicks, behaving like a petulant child because you didn't get your way on something is pretty lolcowish on its own. What pushes it over the edge is when multiple people across several sites have told you what to do to avoid being a shit and you continue to do so.

And all of this drama over cartoons! At least if you were sperging over shit in your academic field, it would be somewhat respectable.
 
The funny thing is that he could be a great asset if he would work with the other editors instead of against them.
