Besides of some Twitter tardfights and Rooster Teeth being run by a bunch of children, do we have some potential Julay? Not just Barb, but anyone else. Something akin to Jason Liebrecht's meltdown if not better?

And while we're at it, is there something of note about Arryn Zech so far, to complete the Bumblebee tag team? And speaking of thots, was Jessica Nigri ever involved in any Rooster Teeth related drama?

And so does Rooster Teeth. Remember how volume 5 even had a literal Jump Scare scene with her as if she was a horror movie villain?

I mean I get the characters being scared of her because she is too OP, but she is really not intimidating in the slightest. She just looks like a thin/fragile woman with a bad vampire cosplay.

I have to search my mind palace due to pretty much every RT worker just being chaotic.

There are a lot of things about Zech & other that I forgot a lot about (I don't have eidetic memory & I have a life), tho, that fake suicide thing sometime ago had some connection to her & some ex's IRL shipping & she's just 2nd after Barb in terms of being a sperg, thus the name "Brunette Barbara"

Only thing I remember about Nigri was that she was alongside Sheena Oum in London after Monty's death (Same time when she "suddenly" got costly furniture & a boobjob). You can find it in Sheena's own thread at the very end.

That’s probably the most brutal critique of Salem I’ve come across. And all I’ve thought was that Salem’s backstory was done to stop accusations of Ozpin being “the real villain”.

I think they should have picked my version of Salem, where she's running a special needs program for severely mentally handicapped villains. Salem is OP as fuck and can easily take over za warudo. However, while anyone else would just sit Tyrian, Hazel and Cinder in a corner, give them a pudding, let them shit themselves and call it a day, Salem insists on going through all these pointless ploys and gay ops just to make them feel special.

Have Rwby fans literally only been watching kindergartner programs until Rwby happened? That's the vibe I keep getting every time they say how "scary" or "mature" the show actually is.
 
Another thing I noticed, as you know RWBY is basically a mix of various anime tropes. But there are some western things in there...

I have no idea why more people don't point this out, but the Aura system was obviously taken from Halo. The main character also uses invisible shields to take more damage. The only differences are that in RWBY aura comes from "the soul" instead of a sci-fi armor, and aura takes slower to recharge depending on the plot. They even look the same.

Another obvious one, have you guys noticed how Nora is basically a ripoff of a My Little Pony Character? Specifically, she is a clone of Pinkie pie.

I'm self-aware on what site We're on, so I imagine some are familiar with her, but in case you're not, both are cartoonish hyperactive girls that always seem to be in a sugar rush. It's not superficial. You can see it on youtube how they are basically the same person.

Oh yeah, that one I actually remember. I was a fan of RT at the time, and I thought that those two were in the wrong.
I'd forgotten Mica Burton was in that chain though. Didn't she leave after she said she "Didn't feel safe as a black bisexual" in fucking Austin of all places, the most liberal city in Texas, and people balked at that?
And Risinger being a twat is pretty consistent, since he jumped on that flute player at E3 for "cultural appropriation" https://www.reddit.com/r/Drama/comments/8to6s8/roosterteeth_drama_once_again_when_white_hipster/

Salem isn’t scary, because she’s nothing more than a superpowered Karen that tried to stop her husband from taking the kids and living an immortal life due to thinking she could be slick by tricking the Gods;before they decided to karmic retribution Old Remnant’s ass, leaving Salem as the only survivor of a genocide she enacted outta spite rather than just pulling a An Hero death once Ozma kicked the bucket.

You can find far more better and intimidating designs in old Saturday Morning Cartoon’s back in the 2000’s, or hell in the most cliche of Shonen Anime can shit out better designs for their baddies;but keep in mind that RWBY’S FanDumb are spoonfed tards, who happily eat whatever slop is tossed out by Miles and Kerry (Also Eddy) with little objections so it makes sense why their definition of “scary” is embarrassing.

These are pretty milquetoast & Barbara, while a massive bitch, is not the worst person of all time who's also an english VA (That crown of shame is still on Amanda Winn Lee's head & it'll stay for a while) & others in just Rooster Teeth itself do worse, but out of all 4 RWBY actors, Barbara's the worst, followed by Arryn (aka Brunette Barbara)

She's also known to play Karma Houdini everytime on controversies, there was one time where she sent her simpy fans & RT staff on Piers Morgan for a simple typo. She neither called them off, nor apologized. Instead, she got hailed as a hero by people.

Her ex Aaron broke up with her due to being controlling & hot-headed. It also makes you realize how Adam suddenly became the same & why some say that VAs have more control of RWBY most of the time than writers.

Thinks she's some big shit:
6 years ago from now, she basically bitched about how non-celebs (basically normal people) with low followers shouldn't have a twitter just because they're not celebs & have a low follower count.

In other words, it's bascially the low follower ad-hominem used by twitter people who can't handle arguments, alongside anime pfp, pronouns in bio, etc.

But in her case, she just wants them to not exist alltogether.

This only makes me wonder if the feud she had with Kathleen was truly one-sided “bullying” from Kathy, or if it was a very mutual hatred.

Adding to Salem being OP, another reason I'm disappointed with her is that the writers don't seem to realize how dangerous and OP character that is ONLY immortal would really be. Really all her other powers are just unnecessary if they wanted her to feel dangerous.

Immortality alone gives her an easy win. Why not just wait until team RWBY dies of old age or are too old to fight her? An immortal character should be making plans that are centuries or even millennia ahead of everyone else. With all the experience they have, even the wisest and oldest of characters should be like kids to them.

This is how an immortal character is done when made by competent writers:


Just by her age alone, Salem should have a lot of power and influence all over the world.

Instead... Salem acts like a hyperactive child with no patience. I mean yeah she is a schemer that likes to send her lackeys instead of doing anything herself. But is that actual patience? Or is it just because the writers are stalling because she would easily win otherwise?

Scheming and hiding in the shadows only makes sense if your villain is at a disadvantage from the heroes.

I'm not surprirsed that Risinger is the one who did it. Nobody likes Jon, Even some RT fans dislike the guy. Like seriously, he's pretty well known for being a massively egoistical cunt. The best thing he does is when someone steals the spotlight on his shitty show because then at least he's in the background, but he seeths about it.

And here's the best part, his wife has left him & took the 2 kids. Imagine your wife leaving you & taking your kids while you are successfully employed & popular to a certain extent in a niche community.

They made Salem overpowered in proportion to her setting and gave her goals that made her impossible for the heroes to bribe away or reach an accord with (she seeks to rule Remnant and drain the magic from the Maidens). That means the only ways this can end are:

A. She gets a forced redemption arc especially if Cinder overthrows her.
B. Ruby pulls a shiny new magic outta a plot sewer and ends Salem.
C. Salem wins or at least doesn't lose.

We'll get A or B.

I was never much into Rooster Teeth, but part of their appeal of RT was that they all started as a bunch of underdogs that started making machinima videos for fun.

Miles narcissism aside, to be honest, I had no idea so many of them were a bunch of typical woke jerkasses just like everyone in the comic industry right now.

Now I have even less reason to support them. One thing is to have hopes on a badly written show with in that it might improve; another is to support horrible people.

I used to be an RT fan and looking back probably the best people from them were the original founders, especially Joel, Geoff, Gus, and Bernie, and some of the Achievement Hunter guys like Ray, Michael, Gavin, and Ryan.

I don't know. It could work, I think. I mean, yeah if the silver eyes end up as a deus ex machina to defeat Salem that would be bad writing.

But, I do think that if the silver eyes had that power, it could at least explain why Salem is doing subterfuge tactics despite being OP. If Salem is fearing Ruby might be able to kill her if she got to close to her, that could explain a lot of what she is doing like recruiting people to do things she should be able to easily do herself.

Kinda like how Aku avoided Samurai Jack despite being basically invincible otherwise. Jack had a magic sword that could kill him so the villain had to be indirect on his approach and break the heroes' spirit or stealing the sword.

But... knowing them I doubt it's their intent.
