An episode of Talk CRWBY To Me (a behind the scenes show) happened. And questions were asked to...the writers. https://www.reddit.com/r/RWBY/comments/hpbdoa/comment/fxomr8w

Didn't the last season only take place over the course of a few days?? Was the AMA so boring that this is all they picked out?

So how in the fuck are they going to pull this off? By making everything happen in real time? By having multiple subplots happening at the same time? Or will they just try to bullshit their way through it?

Funny, I’d imagine RT would understand this wouldn’t work in the slightest.

RT isn't the same company it was. New management are business majors. Business majors are notorious for understanding numbers but not the business.

In this case they have decided they need to be defensive about copyright. They will fail of course but they don't know that.

I'm guessing someone at RT decided to watch the show "24" and decided to do it in RWBY. Which is a terrible idea because RT could never do details properly. I'm half expecting them to age everyone up midway through because "fuck it."

RT getting mad at people for using their models for fan videos is hilarious considering Monty, you know the creator of RWBY, literally got his start from using licences characters and models for fan videos.

Last season took place over about a few weeks to a month, I think. There's a few time skip montages where Ironwood's plan and the election progress.

Also, that tweet, what the fuck is it even saying? "The writers said that some things that people said they wanted to happen, happen." That's real eyeopening and specific!

Read through the AMA and the only interesting thing I saw was Miles mentioning how Volume 8's story is so complicated that, at points, he couldn't understand what was going on and had to call a meeting to get it explained to him.

Wait, the head writer doesn't even know what's happening in the story HE is writing. God volume 8 is going to be a mess. Can't wait for anti-police messages to be clumsly inserted into this volume.

Let us also not forget that RT got its start with a Halo machinima.

We have essentially two outcomes.
1. Miles is a brainlet who wrote a really simple story and somehow couldn't follow along
2. Miles wrote a confused mess in an attempt to be artsy and doesn't know whats going on

Its honestly 50/50 for me because miles is a wannabe artist and brainlet. Either way its going to be bad.

It's kind of funny how these guys talk about how they make this big story and they have a writing process yet they manage to always come across as very first draft.

Some of the comments I caught from this video I posted earlier.

This is the whole thread.

More from this retard white knighting. The sperg isn't that strong, but it's worth a chuckle.

I'm pretty sure that's not how copyright works.

Otherwise, thousands upon thousands of fan artists are going to be mighty pissed.🤣

The guy looks like a fucking faggot too.

And his (probably) real name wasn't all that good either.

Nick Foszcz

Guy is basically an aspiring musician who makes low-quality music, music videos and vidya music and has a Patreon.

Of course he has a lot to say about copyright cuz he's wanted to stick his dick wet in the industry for god knows how long.

CLOUT CHASER!

The fact that Miles needed to be sat down at a meeting to understand what the hell happens in Volume 8 is sad as fuck, and not a good sign for everyone else.

It’s amazing how him and Kerry have survived (Read;Bumbled) this fucking long, despite getting “aid” from Eddy along with that SJW writer chick who wrote that shitty Fantasy book. These two clowns still refuse to do a timeline for this series which should clear some stuff up, answer a basic bitch question of how Jaune acquired his dead not-girlfriend’s shit after their school got owned, and now one of them is confused by what even is going on in their series.

Did they make a deal with the Devil to let this happen without failing?

If they do it like other shows, they split the episodes up amongst the writers. Unfortunately no one communicates so by the time it gets to Miles, it could be one huge mess.

(To keep with the "24" example, at some point during the series Los Angeles gets nuked. Then it is never mentioned ever again because the writing got handed off.)

Technically yes. When Rooster Teeth was bought they were absolved of all responsibility. Time Warner wanted a content farm and never questioned what RT was up to.

AT&T is now demanding RT make a profit. Unfortunately tightening up after a decade of fucking around is next to impossible.

The axe is coming around to Miles and Kerry.
