Thought someone would have already caught it.

Also hrm. So just to reiterate their police killing rules.

"Defenses of the police and justifications for a killing are not permitted and will result in length bans."

Awesome. Start some threads about white guys with guns who get shot by the police. Got to be some out there. Should result in an instant ban for the thread starter since following those rules would see half of the usual suspects banned as they drop in to go "actually it's completely justified here."
K, so someday soonish two retard police departments are gonna get in a shootout w each other over a bad jurisdiction call and rpg.net moderation will implode like a Star Trek computer given a bad logic joke.

@Hugbox Kommissar saith:

I don't think it releases to the general public until tomorrow. But yeah, I guarantee there's at least one mod that wants to use the thread to bait out the "transphobes" who admit to buying and playing it.

I strongly suspect that sometime in the next couple of weeks we'll see a new sticky added to the top of the forums page announcing positive discussions or defenses of Hogwarts Legacy will result in a ban. Add it to the similar vomitus about abortion rights, BLM, and whatever else they're obsessed with.

I gotta say, that is one hell of a hot take.

Be interesting to see if there's any dent in the hardcore HP fandom though. Keep an eye on the conventions; that might be a good barometer.

RPGNet lunacy plus JKR hater lunacy: nothing like lolcow crossover. The common thread, of course, is troons.

Overall, good news. They should keep doing it as loudly and as widely as they can. Chicks still love Harry Potter, many of them grew up with Harry Potter, and this is another great way to alienate them from the troon cuddling modern women have been conditioned to do. (Including JKR herself before she realized they were utterly nasty.) So yes, some dumpy rainbow haired queer berating xir coworker over HP branded merchandise is just building up a healthy immune system. Many of them deserve it a little, too, since this is the world they helped make, JKR included. Consider it penance.

BLOOD LIBEL!

Hey Matt, while we're at it, how about throwing out everything made by your buddy Matt McFarland the rapist? At least he actually did something wrong.

One day RPG.net is going to have so many stickies that the site will be literally unuseable by anybody.

And they will at last have peace in our time.

I just want to sit here and savor the fact that even some of the most insane fundie religious paranoid people who just hated Harry Potter never sounded like this.

Lol at this loon treating the thirty year old HR catlady with a Ravenclaw mug on her desk like they're some kind of cryptofascist.
to be fair, that mug brands her as an absolute normie, which means she'll react like most people when confronted with troon antics: confusion and disgust.
