Oh boy Dr NEET knows more about COVID than we do or medical professionals. I'm not a medical doctor but well Roy's ideas are stupid. NYC is a fucking dumpster fire I have friends whose parents are quite well off and have a nice brown stone for those who don't know they were big money in 90s now it's unaffordable to mortals kinda costs. They have been there since 60s and said even peak 70s crime and shit wasn't as bad as today . 70s NYC was mad. Max shit. Like the whole city was as bad as say Kensington now you know where the poors were dropped into every ones lap adding to the blight that is Philly.
Roy says it happens in Philadelphia that's why it's ok. A lot of street vendors work damn hard but let's be real they sell illegal goods and don't pay taxes. Food trucks etc are checked up and often a killer way to get a quick meal but the guy selling you a 5 dollar umbrella or 50 bucks pairs of Nikes is a crime the city doesn't care about. Pre acab stuff the city always looked away. During COVID this was the spot to buy fake vax papers. I legit watched cops do that.
While over all street vendors aren't more than a hassle easy we have cops just shut em down silly simple fix. Most of the beach towns require a cert to set up shop don't get one your getting booted and fined. it's not hard to fix but aside the vendors who sell flat illegal shit a lot carry banned substances not drugs per say but shit like knock off Viagra sold as a herbal supplement) I do not mind em to be honest . But since Roy asked it's easy to fix.
Also since most don't pay tax and buy stolen good where's Roy demanding the rules be followed?
