I think @teriyakiburns is correct, I think Jessie Gender probably did groom Council of Geeks (power word: Nathaniel Wayne, by the way) - they collaborate an awful lot, and namedrop eachother all the time. I think Council of Geeks' channel is basically just knockoff Jessie Gender, at this point. He makes the sort of videos Jessie Gender would make - boring, self-indulgent pieces about things that only really interest them - in Jessie's case, tranny shit and Star Trek, and in Nathaniel's case, tranny shit and Doctor Who.
I think Jessie Gender is probably the top dog in that relationship, though. He has more subscribers and his output is a lot more polished than Nathaniel's. Nathaniel uses a lot of clips from Jessie Gender's videos in his own, but Jessie doesn't do anything specifically for Nathaniel, aside from occasionally having Nathaniel provide one of his horrible, smug-sounding voiceovers for one of his boring YouTube essays. I think it's interesting that Jessie could use clips from Council of Geeks' videos or get him to record a skit or whatever, but doesn't. He only wants to use his voiceovers. My own personal theory in that regard is that that's because Nathaniel is built like a linebacker who's really let himself go and seems to get fatter in every video. Jessie himself used to be a 300lb landwhale, so I think he might be scared he's going to catch The Fat. Unpack your own internalised fatphobia, Jessie! So much for trans sisterhood! How would a rapist even know that you're asexual unless you told them? Even if they did tell him, do these people think a label would stop a rapist from raping you? This doesn't mean that he raped you because you were asexual.
