I'm on team "I hope they arrest her", not only because it would shine a light on how retarded the law is and further boost a spotlight on to the needs of actual women, but also because the twitter response every step of the way is going to be fucking hysterical.
I kind of hope that too because she could financially obliterate them and make enforcing this utter bullshit extremely expensive, make them look like absolute fools, and probably even get the law entirely thrown out. People would also hate troons more than ever before.

does India Willoughby even fucking live in Scotland?
He's said in the past he lives in Newcastle:

and he frequently references being there:

The house in which I suspect he lives hasn't changed hands since 2005, so I'm guessing he still lives in Newcastle and commutes for his Z-list TV appearances.

[INTERIOR, Scottish castle. A red-haired woman relaxes in a claw-footed bathtub. She reaches over to a marble-topped side table to check her phone and pauses to read.]
"I knew those faggots wouldn't do it."
JK loves idpol and woke shit, she just doesn't like one very singular aspect of it. She would cheer you on being publicly beheaded if you pointed out pakis rape far more women than trannies ever do.
"Should I be glad someone I disagree with has done something good? No, ideological purity is more important."

OK, where's our sitcom about a guy who has to hide his troon identity when he visits his family in Newcastle? Maybe I can pitch it to Mr. Snowflake.

Weird how a thread titled Rowling Derangement Syndrome leads a bunch of weird incels to think it’s a good place to act deranged about Rowling.
Other examples include TDS and TES threads ( I assume we have both)

I hope this new law sees lots and lots of malicious compliance reporting <3

Rowling, the Farms favorite "TERF"
Laughs at these troons like they're Smurfs
"Mummy" makes them mad
(They ain't got a dad)
The Twitter hate is fun to surf.

Anyone celebrating this is a midwit. The government has moved the goalpost from “we can speak our mind” to “hah! What I said wasn't a crime!” Total 90 IQ reactions. And it’s not like they’d not prosecute someone who doesn’t have money and reputation if they said they hate exhibitionist crossdressers.

This isn't a definitive win but it is a minor win. It exposed how ridiculous the law was within 24 hours of going live and the sheer cope by the police after realising they'd be utterly fucked going up against someone like Rowling.

If you've been paying attention to the prisons situation in the UK then there is absolutely no way this would have actually worked in any other way but to shame people with cautions, warnings and fines. I genuinely don't see what the entire point of the law was other than to get people like Rowling to say "I repent, I was wrong, I will submit to the tranny agenda".

I feel like if they did, it'd of course make big waves and Rowling would just double down and say worse shit as a taunt, making the cops look even more idiotic by arresting someone else for this crap but leaving her alone.

The slow radicalization of Rowling from a normie lib to TERF Queen has been extremely fun and entertaining to watch

I've always thought that it was cringey and borderline treasonous for Americans to be way too into British royalty. I've decided to make one exception here. God save the TERF Queen!

The only hesitation I have in seconding this is that it would be funnier for Himdia (love that nickname for him, btw) to never get his own thread.

For a cow like him, a thread would be more of an ego boost and would allow him (in his mind) to further justify his victim status, and do so publicly.

Whereas if the gossip stays here, he's forced to be under the shadow of the "TERF" queen he hates, and he can't draw attention to it without bringing more eyes to a thread where they can see how based JKR is.

IDK if he knows he's talked about here, but if he does, then not giving him his own thread will absolutely make him cope, seethe, and dilate (and mald). Privately, at least.
We could compromise and someone could just make a really shite thread on him...

That's excellent news. I don't know how the goofy ass Scottish legal system works but I would imagine that anything Rowling said could be said by anyone else without it being criminal right? Would that mean that any time a troon starts harassing someone could just quote her from now on?
Looks like Rowling has the opposite plan, if someone (or at least a woman) gets arrested for calling a troon a troon, she'll repeat it so their hypocrisy will be exposed unless she gets arrested too. See GloriousScarf's post

What is particularly good is that the dam has burst. It's no longer "these trans women are biologically male so that's a bit of a difference in certain ways..." etc. Nah, that ship has sailed.

They're men.

Yeah, I don't think Himdia realizes how much his little tantrums have already helped to shift the Overton window. Women in general tend to be more agreeable and concerned about fitting in socially (not necessarily a bad thing, social cooperation generally helps humans). The "right" thing to do from a troon point of view, and what they've done in the past, would have been to make a public example out of her and ruin her career. That would have sent the message to normies, particularly female ones, that this is a powerful social taboo and no one is allowed to do it.

But they can't do that, because she's Rowling and she gives no fucks. Instead, the ongoing media blitz about a famous woman calling men "men" is just going to make a lot of normie women think "Wait, we can do that?"

cant wait for a new wave of breadtube videos begging for harsher censorship laws while acting like rowling escaped judgment at the Nuremburg trials.

Honestly, if Rowling did get arrested it might actually wake people up. They might realize this crap has gone too far and will come to their senses when they see people getting put in prison for years for misgendering someone.
