I remember there always used to be jokes on the USA annexing Canada, and I find it telling they aren’t made anymore, or at least on the level they used to be, while statements like this are on the rise by Canadians.

That’s not quite shitposting either. I genuinely feel bad for you and fellow Canucks if this is what the government funds as “local content” for “cultural” purposes.

You know I was going to try and come up with a typical Kiwi Farms branded racism bit, but as I opened this thread my wife came in and brought me fried chicken….. Shhhhhheeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiitttttttttt.

Looks like a knock off of a CW show and I’m shocked that it’s not one honestly, this is right their alley. I mean they could’ve remade Green Arrow but this time Ollie is a wise cracking black female rapper.
 
In the first episode, the mom gets shot after trying to interfere with the police going to arrest her yonger daughter for “peacefully protesting”(even though they actually forced there way into a building to do so) and getting paralyzed from the waist down. Robyn is then mad that her mom is cuffed to the hospital bed, rich guy plans to kill her while arrested to “teach a lesson” or something dumb.

Also mom thinks Robyn is out late every night sleeping around because there literally has the line “Heard you sneaking late last night again. Filled up the condom jar for you.”

This show has some great unintentional hilarity to it.

Did AI make this show? How does the dialogue come off when they are talking? Does anything about this feel natural when you watch it?

What I want to know, is if there is any person that is not part of the show's staff, that is genuinely defending this show. But then again, since there are people that legitimately defended dreck like The Last of Us 2 and HBO's Velma, expect the same to be for this show too.

There always has to be a few of those people no matter how awful something is, if it agrees with their agendas and points of view there will always be a defender.

Well, while it’s not out yet, JLongbone said she’s going to be doing reviews of the show. She did some hilarious reviews of Batwoman back when it was a thing. She’s generally pretty entertaining.
