This story came up a while ago, and from searching, alongside finding Reaper bringing it up repeatedly, I only found one topic about her having had her drink spiked by a friend. From that story at least, while the potential was there, she wasn't raped at all.

This is Reaper blowing it out of proportion from it being the only semblance of ammunition that she has.
