My friend met this guy at a convention a few years ago because his dad was a fan of one of his movies and got a picture with him as a birthday present for his dad. I know him because I was at a boat show set on a canal and he had been hired by a marina as a meet and greet guest. At the end of the night he was on a boat and yelled through a megaphone that we all needed to visit said marinas booth or else we were all NERDS! I was probably the only person under 30 who got that reference.
