You dont have to pay upfront, its illegal for them to deny you services if you cant pay. That being said tyebprice is something stupid, like 5 grand. Fortunatly for me, the insurance fairy has my back.

Yes. If you are insured then your insurance will cover it. If not, then you will owe the hospital. Usually the hospital eats a substantial portion of the cost for people who are uninsured that call ambulances.

It was his 25th, although he will lie and tell you he's 21. No idea why, it seems to be a recent thing.

It doesn't matter if you are 25 or 21, if your parents are locking you in your room and you're an adult that's completely fucked up.
