New document. Not sure why this is coming out before an order on the motion to dismiss, which remains pending with the magistrate judge. I'm also not sure if it even means anything. The
proposed scheduling order from back in August has been pending since then and the judge might have just got around to approving it.
It might mean the case is moving toward trial but that was a foregone conclusion anyway. The magistrate judge just has to reject the motion to dismiss it already more or less rejected, then the judge has to dismiss whatever frivolous spam objections Waid throws at it. So a mere year or two more, yawn.

an INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE in Chambers, on the Seventh Floor of the United
States Courthouse, 501 West Fifth Street, Austin, Texas on January 7, 2020 at 3:30 PM.
The parties’ proposed scheduling order is tentatively approved and the parties shall
comply with the dates set forth in paragraphs 1 through 7 of such proposed order pending the
initial pretrial conference.
At the initial pretrial conference, the Court will schedule a final pretrial conference and
set a trial month.
