I agree, but if anyone does do it they need to be very precise in how they go about it. Someone as slimy and prideful as Zaid will almost certainly try and take it down.
Let him cry about it and tard out. He'll get laughed at just like New Zealand, Australia, and the state of New York on this site.

The New York murder case didn't get laughed out, Null just told them they had to send proper legal paper and just asking "Hey, take this down just because" won't work. Understandably, Null does capitulate to some US legal entities when there is a bases for it.

And talking about what Zaid did to his clients isn't something that can be taken down, since it's public record he fucks them over and just uses them to peacock about himself.

New document. Not sure why this is coming out before an order on the motion to dismiss, which remains pending with the magistrate judge. I'm also not sure if it even means anything. The proposed scheduling order from back in August has been pending since then and the judge might have just got around to approving it.

It might mean the case is moving toward trial but that was a foregone conclusion anyway. The magistrate judge just has to reject the motion to dismiss it already more or less rejected, then the judge has to dismiss whatever frivolous spam objections Waid throws at it. So a mere year or two more, yawn.

I am optimistically hopeful they just set a fucking date for next summer, early fall at this point and tell the attorneys to get their ducks in a row considering how much time has already been wasted in pre-trial.

Disclosure for everything Waid has related could be VERY fun and drag this out

"Allegedly" Fake Holiday's PR company started targeting YBZ after Waid Hired him for INHUMANOIDS (Humanity first)

Could this be a Quid Pro Quo?

Well, I think this going out signals where the judge is going to tell the defense to stick that second motion to dismiss. So the only thing that feels like it's still actually up in the air are whether those refiled defamation claims are going to going forward this second time around.

I guess it depends if Zaid is taking this case seriously anymore as well. He might be too focused on ORANGE MAN BAD to pay attention to King Baby.

Look at how many people shared Waid's GoFundMe as compared to Meyer.

It's nice to see some movement on the case, although i was hoping for the magistrate judge decision. Looks like this is boding well for ya boi and hopefully both TI and defamation are going through.

Does YBZ's success in more IGG's since the interfered lost souls campaign help with the damages claim? IIRC Zack claims the Antarctic deal would have been ongoing with several Jawbreakers books and the possibility of future books.

1400% shares, but only 60% of the money.

EDIT: They also have about the same number of donors, which just means Meyer's donors were ~70% more generous.

Call me slow or dumb but does this article refer to the same Mark Zaid that's representing Mark Waid?

It happened after Trump’s campaign re-election account, the Trump War Room, engaged directly with the whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Zaid. The attorney blasted Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) for her attacks on the whistleblower, and called on her to step down from the Senate whistleblower caucus. The Trump War Room jumped in to defend Blackburn.

This is probably old wine in new bottles, but Mark Zaid is all over this article. Goes back to October, I think, but was amended today.

Eric Ciaramella: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Mark Zaid and Andrew Bakaj, the attorneys who are representing the whistleblower, issued a statement about Ciaramella being identified as possibly being their client, “Our client is legally entitled to anonymity. Disclosure of the name of any person who may be suspected to be the whistleblower places that individual and their family in great physical danger. Any physical harm the individual and/or their family suffers as a result of disclosure means that the individuals and publications reporting such names will be personally liable for that harm. Such behavior is at the pinnacle of irresponsibility and is intentionally reckless.”

Zaid and Bakaj issued an additional statement after Trump Jr.’s tweet, saying, “We will note, however, that publication or promotion of a name shows the desperation to deflect from the substance of the whistleblower complaint. It will not relieve the president of the need to address the

The whistleblower’s attorneys have received more than $220,000 in donations to a GoFundMe campaign set up by the group Whistleblower Aid in support of his attorneys, Mark Zaid and Andrew Bakaj.

“A U.S. intelligence officer who filed an urgent report of government misconduct needs your help. This brave individual took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution. We’re working with the whistleblower and launched a crowdfunding effort to support the whistleblower’s lawyers,” the GoFundMe states. “These whistleblowers took great personal risks, not for politics or personal gain, but to defend our democracy. We need to have their backs.”

The GoFundMe adds, “If we raise more than we need, Whistleblower Aid will use the money to help more brave whistleblowers stand up to executive overreach.”

Mark Zaid, an attorney for the whistleblower tweeted in response to the story, “We won’t comment on identifying info but if true, give me a break! Bias? Seriously? Most (people) are.” Another attorney for the whistleblower, Andrew Bakaj, told CNN that the whistleblower had “contact with presidential candidates from both parties in their roles as elected officials — not as candidates,” and said the whistleblower “has never worked for or advised a political candidate, campaign or party.

I did a search for this article in this thread and didn't see it. FWIW, Ciaramella's name is now Voldemort on YouTube, per bearded beanie boy.
