Didn't this faggot retain a shit load of the money from that first case, and most of his clients ended up not being paid? He's like a good number of these public/media lawyers, great at marketing himself, trash when you look at the details.

What he is doing is Damage. Ask yourself, if you were a guy on civil trial in the redest of red states. Would you want your personal lawyer, the one whos name sounds remarkably like yours, be headline news every night as the spokesman for the CIA "whistleblowers" seeking to overthrow the government? There is no way the mere existence of your supposed attorney does not in some way prejudice a jury of normies. They are far far more likely to have heard who Mark Zaid is than to have ever heard of Mark Waid, or ever read a Comic Book. And when somewhere near 50% of the potential jury pool already characterizes your lawyer as a "traitorous scoundrel" well that has the potential to bite you in the ass a bit. Granted it could go the other way. A charismatic tv lawyer could charm a jury. But it's not something I would want to bet on.

Ummm? You do realize that Mark Zaid is the Lawyer representing the two CIA Whistleblowers fueling the Impeachment Inquiries. And since their identities are the strictest confidentiality he has been the one showing up in interviews. So he's getting around the airwaves in the past few days.

The second of which coincidentally appears right after the first one and Schiff got btfo to cover up the holes in their story. Guess with this it means Zaid's not giving a shit about Waid and his case. Not when he's part of the """impeachment""".
