He is such a fucking manbaby. He is nearly at the level of Chris-Chan in destroying the value of anything he actually does collect. He's almost more of a hoarder than a collector.



That's a case of people, in general, just no longer caring about the specific collectable at all. People just don't give a fuck about baseball cards any more.

I remember an episode of hoarders where there was a dude who hoarded old pinball machines and games. They found out they where actually valuable and the shrink was backpedaling and saying it was debatable if he was a hoarder or a collector.

Dude opened up his own old school arcade and as of when I saw the rerun it was still running. If you collect pics bottles, trash, etc your a hoarder. If you collect silver, gold, watches, etc. You are a collector.

Even if waifs collection is worth xx,xxx instead of the xxx,xxx he thinks it's worth, he is still a collector because it's not literally trash.

I'm glad that Jeremy is happy with the settlement.

A mere apology would suck for ya boi Zack. Zack lost money. He lost a chance at reputation and expanding his potential audience. Zack had to cancel one of his crowdfunds, and this factored into it. He also lost money because he was doing Iron Sights+Jawbreakers at the same time and some people won't support one crowdfund while another is still unfulfilled. And Waid is still obviously producing massive amounts of tard cum in back channels. Don't make him just apologize. I hope Zack is able to make him hurt, make him bleed financially.

It reminds me of something from Enders game when Ender beat the living shit out of Bonso, and then Bean said "You kicked his ass into orbit". I want Zack to kick Waid's ass so hard he's sent into orbit. Then all the rest of the jerks in the industry throughout the world can see him and know to cut that shit out.

But Zack's running out of money and EVS is such a dingus he's not raising a call to action by raising the amount needed to 200k, something that happened with VIC. I get it, EVS is busy, but he's known about Zack financial being about 2/3 done for a month now.

Jawbreakers sold well, he seems responsible which means I doubt he is pissing away his (Rather significant) veterans benefits, and in general, he seems fairly financially stable. The man, frankly, seems the type to be able to tighten his belt and soldier on without a problem.

Hambly might be a dingus but his lawsuit was pretty significant to the “Punch Nazis” autism and showed you can’t just do that shit and get away with it. His, YaBoi’s and Vic Mignogna’s are very important cases to the ongoing culture wars:

Call me paranoid, but he seems the kind to have enough dirt on enough people in the industry to ensure he can afford the lawsuit.

My issue with this idea is that there is no way Disney's lawyers are stupid enough to directly bankroll Zaid to defend Weid, giving a pretty massive impression that Weid's attack on Zach was supported by the Mouse.

Far more likely, to my view, that Zeid is on retainer by the mouse, while serving as Weid's lawyer while also being paid by Weid. This is a lawyer who sold out his client to the CIA, it isn't hard to believe he would accept payment for two jobs, while only being loyal to one.

As to why he has been held on? That is REALLY easy to reconcile. Weid is an egotistical manbaby who throws fits as soon as anyone disagrees with him. ALL Zeid has to do to be kept on is to tell Weid what he wants to hear and have the ILLUSION of doing anything. I'd bet money Weid himself has never even spoken tot he Texas lawyer, and Zeid is just using them to fob off his job while doing diddly squat besides letting Weid sniff his own farts.
