This is entirely consistent with the reports of others about Mark Waid's insane, violent rages being routine occurrences. He is an abusive piece of shit to everyone around him, at least everyone who can't just punch his lights out.

Nah, it's more so we don't go too far into "Meyer has this in the bag" and since the couple dozen usual Anti-CG people are so confident, I'm just trying to figure out what warped version of reality they're looking at. All I'm gathering from them is they think it's a purely defamation case and so Meyer's own comments about Marvel staff would be used against him.

I do acknowledge we're talking about morons who think their banal social commentary is peak literature but it doesn't hurt examine for any holes in our own bullshit.

The judge is a Republican Marine veteran born in Oklahoma and appointed by George W. Bush.

Damn right. One of the reasons SJWs have hit the wall lately is that they kept their heads too far up their own asses. Let's not make the same mistake. Getting drunk on past successes is a good way to hear God laugh.

I honestly can't see them win the Tort lawsuit. The defamation suit definitely I can see it being thrown out but, outside of threatening the judge, I don't see them winning the Tort.

You're always fighting an uphill battle to win as a plaintiff. All you have to do is somehow fail to prove it.

Nicky Rackets just likes to have fun and laugh at stupid people. I don't think either Mark should make him angry. They wouldn't like him when he's angry.
