I hope this is how Waid and his lawyer look in court. Waid is pretty meme worthy.

Nicky Rackets gave an update on the 911 tape on stream tonight. Apparently there is no tape or transcript, but he is looking into getting the police report, which does in fact exist. Could be a nothing burger though.

This is why you don’t hype things up Ethan.

I was so busy laughing at NPC’s losing their shit about the Midterms, I forgot about Nick’s livestream covering the “EVIDENCE” Mark W/Zaid have:
I’ll watch it tomorrow but I’m sure it will be entertaining as always.

Rekieta's stream is still going. For the first two hours or so, he was going full Rekieta on the paperwork, but then he switches topics and analyzes one of Zaid's more recent tweets to him questioning his integrity, and in the process of proving it was a lie… he goes beyond full Rekieta. Like, he totally loses his shit in a whole new and frankly somewhat uncomfortable way. This part of the stream is definitely going to be worth a watch if you're a fan of the angry Nick.

Uncomfortable? It's documented proof of Zaids murky ethics. Which he then tried to dump on Rackets only for the proofs to come out.

Ethics, the rule of law, and trust are at the heart of what lawyers and judges do. If he's angry, its because Zaid is attacking the core of who he is.

:autism:, in other words. It's enough to bide the days until the plaintiffs response to the motion.

Rackets also brought up the 2nd lawyers from Dallas hired by Zaid and no pro hac vice on that document either. I wonder if the Dallas lawyers did the smallest amount of research into the case and noped out as fast as they could. Can @AnOminous or other law talking guys speculate on what occurred with that?

They could have just got the first they could find and had them as placeholders. They could have noped out. I don't really know enough to say. It didn't seem they were in any great rush to get Zaid listed as counsel, though, so I wouldn't see the rush to have local counsel who apparently didn't even do anything.

Sounds fun. Did he have to break out the benadryl?

I heard Rackets say that Zaid didnt write this response? If thats the case then what is he being paid for? Glorified PR?
Pricier = Better in Manchild Waid's broken and malformed mind, intimidation since Zaid won a gorillion dollars out of Libya and his reputation of stealing others' work wasn't known yet, and industry connection I think.

EVS is streaming. He says Nancy ReMax will appear briefly on today's stream and for a longer interview another day.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=7wyNk9xSPRQ
Incidentally, has anyone heard anything about him getting the tape of the 911 call yet?

ETA: He's playing a call a "Jim" left on Nancy's answering machine at her home about her name coming up on the internet "in an interesting way." He included the part where "Jim" left his call-back number.

ETA2: EVS is saying Nancy ReMax is Korean. That'd be funny if true, furthering the "anti-CGers hate Asians" meme.

With all the new drama, I totally forgot about Nancy ReMax! I see that EVS deleted the video where he played the voice message of "Jim" giving out his phone number. Wonder if this will be another thing that he hopes people forget, like the 911 call.

So who is "Jim?" Is it some innocent associate of ReMax? Or someone harassing her? Because if the latter, I couldn't care less and hope he gets fully doxed.

Jim is someone that called her unprompted and said "there's weird shit about you on the internet" and to call him back.

It was either a harasser, a concern troll, or someone concerned that she was about to be harassed and wanted to warn her.

Thats all pretty unclear.

Can he be sanctioned for this sort of behavior?

He has the right to say idiotic things in public as part of his representation. Some judges don't like it but it would generally be unconstitutional to order them not to do it without a good reason. Lawyers have gotten away with accusing the judge of being "drunk on the bench" (Yagman) and even a Nazi.

That said, the judge could order him to knock it off with sufficient cause.

Can he be sanctioned for this sort of behavior?

As stated, it would be unlikely.

However, it's typically considered a bad idea to antagonize the judge. A case can live or die on the judge's decision, and you generally don't want them subconsciously biased against you because of shenanigans and tomfoolery.

This being a Texas judge and former Marine, I estimate his tolerance for bullshit in general to be pretty low, and all but non-existent for SJW reeeeeeeeeeeee.
