Yeah, two of the three parties involved are in Texas. Or, to put it another way, Waid fucked with a contract in Texas between two Texans.
I cannot believe he's arguing that "Jawbreakers" isn't set in Texas and none of the artists in it are in Texas, so nanny-nanny boo-boo. Or something.
