Stupid Lay question here, because this gets into a realm of legal ethics that I have no knowlege of, but if Zaid is identified as Waid's lawyer in public by himself and Waid, but is not named or listed as Pro Hac Vice or a participant in any of the filings in the lawsuit, how will the Judge react to Zaid's online antics directed at Meyer and others? Because at a glance it seems that Waid has an attorney, kept off the books from the lawsuit, expressly for the purpose of harassing the Plaintiff and others in the industry outside of the legal process. Or am I reading too much into that?

Is it normal for a listed council to refer to opposing litigants as a Nazi or Terrorists or Worse than Isis on Social Media? I always thought the Bar tended to frown on that sort of thing?

It's pretty common for attorneys to act like complete assholes in public. It shouldn't be but it is.

Makes sense. Either way, this might be a decent way to force individual sjw speds to stop being harrassing faggots. Even if he doesn't get a settlement, the expense of getting sued in a nonfrivolous lawsuit should convince many of them to not engage in this sort of behavior. Call me optimistic but I still think Yaboi has a good chance of his defamation suit surviving dispositive motions.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the pros giving Waid $10-20 are also dropping $50-100 toward Ya Boi under fake names because they've been on the tail end of Waid's assholery and want to see him fall.
