Whatever that room is in that house; it has tall windows with a deck railing and a roof with a skylight in view of the windows. The facebook banner photo, has a deck railing and what looks like a roof with a skylight. Given the spacing of the windows too, it’s very possible that photo was taken in that room.

Technically - if this was post first wife then Richard couldn't really afford it. He was already deep in debt to the IRS but seemingly didn't care about that and continued spending anyway. Seems in tune with his other smart life choices up to this point.

I'm really enjoying watching lowT rewrite his own history in real time. Richard Kyanka, funniest man on the internet and possibly the planet, ran a successful comedy website for decades. Through constant care and attention, he nurtured the site into a comedy powerhouse. That is, until some no good women all conspired to shatter his empire (and spine), now all he's got left is a basement room and a Nissan.
