Same way he gets his weed and whatever else he uses to turn his brain into pink mush: without a prescription. After you've been taking them for long enough opiates stop getting you high at therapeutic doses and you need to take way more than any doctor would ever write a prescription for just to feel half as good as you did on your first dose. Prescription opiate abuse on its own isn't a viable long-term junkie plan.

Why has every last one of the people i used to watch ten years ago turn out to be pathetic manbabies? Sure, they were grifting, but you'd think a few of them other than Jim would survive the test of time.
 
I was a fan of RTU for a long time, and donated once during his streams and was made a mod in his chat, and I was for like the longest time. When I got sick of Rich being a bitch, I was going to do a funny in his chat before. Wish I did.
