Returning free stuff

So I got this flu for free last week, and everything was fine until Friday when I started noticing something was off. By Saturday I was already feverish, my throat was sore and I still feel like shit. This is completely unacceptable and not at all what I've come to expect of random free stuff, so if anyone knows how to deal with returning free stuff, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
