Why not report Isabella Janke for animal abuse?

In Texas, what she did to her hamsters is a 3rd Degree Felony with a potential sentence of 2 to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

If one were so inclined, they could call the non-emergency line of the Texas Tech and City of Lubbock and file a complaint. Alternatively, you could email a tip to one, or both, department and attached a pdf of the main thread that lists her actions. Reference: Section 42.092 of the Texas Penal Code,

3rd Degree Felony: A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly tortures; kills; administers poison to or causes serious bodily injury of an animal may be guilty of a Third Degree Felony. An individual convicted of a Third Degree Felony may be sentenced from 2 years to 10 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

The unfortunate thing is it's actually quite difficult to go after someone for animal abuse in Texas. When I was a kid, someone nailed my dog to a mailbox. Couldn't do anything except remove the nail and take him to the vet, according to the local authorities. Unfortunately for a cattle bearing state to make any amount of money there needs to be a bit of legal leeway on animal abuse.

That might fly in a woke city like Portland or San Francisco, or maybe even Austin, but no prosecutor in that part of Texas is going to go after her for hamsters. Neglecting Max and feeding Goober fattening/fart-producing food don't reach that level either.

She'd basically have to video herself throwing cats in a blender or something for anything to happen.

Never mind she could claim she was just being an edgygurl and somehow picked this up on the dark web and as for those chats, well, those never happened, they were made up by nawtsees who hate her for her Jewish ancestry.
