More shrieking about how terrible it is for somebody to buy or sell sex with a bonus dose of the unwarranted assumption that your personal religious values are everyone's values, too. Prostitution is illegal in most of the world because most governments don't want to put in the effort to legalize it and simply go after the organizations that force people into it instead.

Oh and the reason people wouldn't want their kids becoming prostitutes when they grow up is because of the stigma people like you have encouraged against the profession. Kinda like how nobody want's their kid working at a blue collar job when they could be doing white collar stuff instead except worse because prudish puritan types and their hang-ups about how other people have sex are involved.

Will that work for avoiding lawsuits/copyright claims/whatever though? Hiding something by requiring someone (for example, the whore pictures of whom are in said secret tags) just to register, which is a simple process doesn't look like a reliable tactic.

What about requiring X amount of posts on the forum to be able to see content in private tags?

Nah, you fuck off, I'm not playing this dumbfuck game where you arrived at these opinions on your own and not because your pastor, priest or whatever fed them to you when you were young and impressionable. Nothing you've posted in this thread is actually a good argument for keeping prostitution illegal anyway. At most you've shown it to be a low-status job and since we don't outlaw entire professions because they are low-status(and I don't even really agree that prostitution would be low-status by default without people like you around to bitch about how terrible it is) you don't actually have any good arguments.

guests cant see it = googles crawler bot cant see it either, which i guess makes it more difficult for cows to pressure google into action against the site

The google part is very much understandable - making it public will make the process of shadowbanning the forum from google queries quick - but probably will not stop a well-written abuse report and/or lawsuit, as anyone can register on here and view what's in the private tags.

Could you possibly prove that? Because I certainly came to the shape of these beliefs on my own, since no pastor I was ever around ever felt the need to even say "prostitution bad" in the first place.

Would it even matter? The issue of a religion-based argumentative gap would be relevant if the arguments I posed actually relied on religion in the first place. But I'd be making these arguments even if I was an agnostic or atheist, because the values of the arguments aren't tethered to any religion. These are in fact arguments that anyone could make.

But you need for them to be religious in nature despite the fact that they're not, so now you're making assumptions you can't even come close to proving.

It's not a legal defense, but most of these whores only care about images being obviously freely available by searching for them. If they don't see their nudes turn up in search engines, they don't care. It's still fair use, but it helps avoid litigation + helps avoid deindexing for """nonconsensual pornography""".
