That was pretty much what I thought back before I got sucked into the internet and started autistically researching every little topic I came across. Regular people just hear that there are surgeries that can make a man a woman and vice versa and think "sure if doctors do this it'll work, the wonders of science". They don't waste time suspecting the whole thing to be a grift by psychopath doctors exploiting sexual narcissists.

I will never understand troon mentality. We're asked to believe that "trans women are women" and that a "woman" is basically anyone who says they are one. Eddie Izzard is now a "woman", for example, despite not having his cock and balls lopped off. If you can't tell if a person is a man or a woman by their genitalia because it's all about how they feel inside, why would any of these cunts have surgery in the first place? That's the most transphobic thing of all, cos they're saying "you can't be a real woman unless you get your cock chopped off and take hormones!". Why can't they just be happy with "I'm a woman with a beard, a deep voice, and a cock as thick as a Coke can"?

If having genital preferences is fine, why is having a preference for a real vagina over some hideous manufactured Yaniv-style axe wound not fine? Quite clearly, the two things are not "identical" and never will be, unless miracles and wishes become real things.

I've noticed that a lot of AFAB so-called enbies make zero effort to distance themselves from womanhood/femininity. They just put "they/them" in their bios and call it a day. Despite claiming to totally not be women, they continue to dress and act like them and many even whine about issues that only a woman would ever care about (there was one on my feed complaining about violence against women in horror movies, for example). I've seen they/them e-thots who literally flash their tits and pussy online and yet still claim to be heckin cute and valid enbies.

I know understand why they do this. It's a way to be "not like the other girls" without actually committing to whole "man" thing. There are very few "FTMs" who seem to actually want to be men, and for good reason - men, especially men who are not conventionally attractive (aka every actual FTM ever) have it worse in our society. I was a stealth FTM for half a decade before detransitioning, I would know. I was treated much worse as a babyfaced manlet then I ever did as an average looking woman. It doesn't matter what pronouns you put in your bio, in the real world, if you look like a woman, people will treat you like one.

Seems to have started from some zoomer's tiktok, but I'm curious how much the hacker known as "4chan" has organized around it. I get the idea that this is a bit more organic than the usual /pol/ ops. The autism on 4chan is too blinding for me to check too deeply though.
