I'm pro-life and I support this message.Unironically the people people who believe in this shit should have been violently aborted.
I always found it strange that antinatalists refuse to commit Minecraft, despite all their bitching that life is pure suffering and it'd have been better to never have been born. It's like they're all disingenuous cocksuckers.r/antinatalism managed to out-reddit everyone this time:
fixed that for you. They're all bark and no bite edgelords. It's likethey're all disingenuous cocksuckers.
That would do absolutely nothing to reverse having come into existence. I believe Schopenhauer went into this.I always found it strange that antinatalists refuse to commit Minecraft, despite all their bitching that life is pure suffering and it'd have been better to never have been born. So forcing somebody to be born is one of the worst evils you can do, but at the same time once somebody is born they're not expected to do anything to best as possible reverse that evil? How convenient. Fucking continentalists...That would do absolutely nothing to reverse having come into existence. I believe Schopenhauer went into this.
Schopenhauer was very pro-suicide. He just thought that denying one's own will to live and basically fading away into nothingness was the better way to go, for some reason. That would do absolutely nothing to reverse having come into existence. I believe Schopenhauer went into this.
For other people maybe.Schopenhauer was very pro-suicide.
Which isn't quite suicide being optimal or actually fixing the "problem," such as it is. If the problem is having been born at all (the idea of Cioran), suicide doesn't fix it. There's no particular reason to do it if it just harms others without even fixing what is ultimately unfixable. Essentially, suicide is pointless and causes more harm than continuing to live.He just thought that denying one's own will to live and basically fading away into nothingness was the better way to go, for some reason.
I'm 99% sure you're trolling but this makes me wonder if a significant number of people earnestly believe that the prison system exists to prevent white guys from getting cucked by Kara Boga.Because their dicks are bigger than all the tiny white pencil dicks. r/smalldickproblems isn't just a reddit forum about pathetic dongs - it's the cold harsh reality for white women. You want to get fucked but Tyrone is in prison for the next 60-80 years and you have to vomit at the thought of your Husband's shriveled limp noodle? Get a dog, no get 6 dogs. 2 for every hole. Problem solved.
Most certainly.I'm 99% sure you're trolling but this makes me wonder if a significant number of people earnestly believe that the prison system exists to prevent white guys from getting cucked by Kara Boga.
Sounds like enjoyable company, really. For other people maybe.

I'll also note Schopenhauer lived to the age of 72 although he looked 92 when he died and the most miserable 92 year old son of a bitch of all time. I think he actually enjoyed making other people miserable too much ever to kill himself.
I'm not sure "they" think that way. That's kind of what Schopenhauer did when he was confronted on the "well why don't you just kill yourself then" thing. I doubt redditeurs have gone into it that deeply. I know if I had a choice between being a redditor and killing myself, I'm loading explosive shotgun rounds.Sounds like enjoyable company, really.
I wonder what convinces them that they are above suicide, while us fools should of course bite the bullet as soon as is convenient.
I'd like to know on what grounds the AN crowd are valuing the state of non-existence so highly that merely dipping their toe into this universe is an unforgivable crime with no possible redress.Which isn't quite suicide being optimal or actually fixing the "problem," such as it is. I love how demonizing their parents for birthing them, shaming their friends for having kids, trying to convince others to off themselves, and generally bringing the vibe of the room down with their antipathy for the value of life are all perfectly acceptable levels of harm. But denying the masses the joy that is their OWN existence? Why, that's a step too far.suicide doesn't fix it. There's no particular reason to do it if it just harms others without even fixing what is ultimately unfixable. Essentially, suicide is pointless and causes more harm than continuing to live.
I think it was one of their mongoloid gurus that unironically said he could prove mathematically that life is suffering and we should end it.I'd like to know on what grounds the AN crowd are valuing the state of non-existence so highly that merely dipping their toe into this universe is an unforgivable crime with no possible redress.

I think the reason the AN crowd really irks me because they're like the joggers of this universe. Constantly bitching about how rough they have it here and how it was so much better before the came, and how the people who brought them here are all unforgivable monsters. But offer them a (9mm) ticket back and suddenly the excuses start and you dont have any buyers.
Well, like theodicy, the problem of evil, this is the obvious Achilles heel of the whole antinatalism thing. To the extent it isn't some nearly religious belief in the worthlessness of existence, it's an offshoot of utilitarianism, where the original precept is that existence itself is worthless and, more importantly, of negative value.I'd like to know on what grounds the AN crowd are valuing the state of non-existence so highly that merely dipping their toe into this universe is an unforgivable crime with no possible redress.
I think my mistake, and it isn't the first time I've made it, is encountering the rebbit version of something and trying to defend the actual version of it as it exists in legitimate philosophy. Because almost all rebbit philosophy is REEEEEEE FUCK YOU DAD.I think the reason the AN crowd really irks me because they're like the joggers of this universe.

If you just go out and ask a million or so people whether they view their existence as being of negative value, I'm pretty sure the vast majority will look at you like you're nuts.
I'm more or less in this boat myself. In my experience, existence is terrible, albeit rather funny. The amusement value is why I stick around. Just watching people try to get some pleasure out of this miserable existence, failing, and sliding down into absolute misery is as much fun as I'll ever have. The whole thing makes a little more sense when you find out that some of the more vocal antinatalists, like Thomas Ligotti, suffer from the sort of chronic anhedonia that probably has a biochemical origin. When one's nervous system simply does not let one feel the kind of joy and happiness that most people get regular doses of, it's at least understandable that one would come to the conclusion that the pains and agonies of life far outweigh its insignificant and transient pleasures.
